Reviewed By EmmanuelDominguezThey said they had heating in the rooms but what we found was just one little heater, not enough for the cold temperatures at night (as the location is located deep within the forest). We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night as we coudn't get warm enough to sleep. Of course, there was no refund. Better to stay somewhere in Valle de Valle or Avandaro, much better places to stay there at same price.

I also hesitate to write yet another 5 star review for purely selfish reasons…I want to keep this special slice of heaven a secret. If I could give 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. We weep tears each time we leave, but know our next visit is already on the books. It started several years ago, when my daughter was interested in going to a horse ranch to learn how to ride. It has now come to mean so much more each time we visit. It is the most special bonding experience I have experienced with my youngest daughter. Hence, why we keep coming back year after year. Thank you Jenny, Max, house staff, and all the talented wranglers for another amazing riding experience. It’s the only place where I can truly unwind. The grounds, the amenities, the food, and especially the horses are truly magical. We are always part of a small and intimate gathering of guests from all over the world. It’s no wonder that each time we visit, we meet other repeat guests as well. We are so glad we did not go to one of the many commercially advertised ranches in the US. Hasta la vista Ranch Las Cascadas!

A challenging, beautiful place
Reviewed By Rodrigo JThe the forest, bodies of water, views and landscape alone make it worth a trip here. However, service needs to be more professional and warm to the customers, and the Hacienda itself feels cold and desolate. I'd recommend it if they worked on this.

The best place for a peaceful weekend
Reviewed By FsoclclyWe stayed at Xani Mui for the weekend and we had an incredible experience. This is a lovely place, very well managed by Graciela, all staff people are so gentle. We definitely will come back to this place and I recomend it if you want to spend some time in Estado de Mexico. Please do not forget to visit "tixhiñú" waterfall.

Reviewed By susysoler62Las habitaciones por dentro estan limpias, por fuera le falta mucho mantenimiento, esta totalmente en despoblado ideal para la gente que quiere desconectarse de la ciudad, alejado de todo si quieres ir a Valle de Bravo tienes que llevar auto. Lleve a mis perros, ya que aceptan mascotas y regresaron con pulgas, digo un buen baño y su pipeta arreglo el problema pero si piensas llevar mascotas toma nota.
