Reviewed By LoveTravel724974As a previous reviewer commented, it is more basic than the photos imply but nonetheless a lovely stay in a small place with only four rooms. Breakfast was lovely and included some Albanian traditional foods. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room (twin) was a very good size.

A short walk to the riverside promenade. Your host at Veranda is very informative and attentive, and the accommodations are very comfortable.

Perfect place to stay while exploring central Albania
Reviewed By Carbo1960Quiet, clean and spacious room and tasty breakfast in the garden. Enough space to park the car in the courtyard. Kind host who, in spite of his limited knowledge of English, anyhow succeeds to communicate perfectly with the guests (his wife speaks a better English). Easy to find: when you approach from the city center along Rruga Santa Lucia, the guesthouse is on the right behind a high whitewashed wall, immediately after two car wash facilities.

Good breakfast in the am on the beach! And you get the 500lek beach umbrella covered in the price Get an espresso feddo.

Cheap guest house with friendly owner
Reviewed By HallvarstensethThis is a centrally located little hostel with only two rooms, on the second floor over a little cafe. There is a shared bathroom, and it also has a little kitchen. No breakfast is served, but you can get coffee and drinks from the cafe downstairs. The rooms are nice, clean and simple, and there is actually only one drawback: no curtains. We tried to improvise by hanging up a rug over the curtain rod, but ended up tearing the whole thing down. The owner was very nice about that, and didn't blame us or charge us extra for the damage we caused. By now the owner has probably fixed the curtains, which would make this a highly recommendable place for budget travelers.

Reviewed By brittagianniWe read comments on booking.com and expected too much of it . Indeed very basic . It was very ( but really very) cold inside . No stove was on and we were freezing . We went to bed at 7pm because it was so cold ??. The host was friendly . The room and bathroom was clean and the bed slept amazing ! Breakfast was ok . No coffee, just tea . In town there s just a little bar ( nice guy though) and a small shop . Good distance for the ferry in Fierze.
