Inn is located within walking distance of a few places of interest, like Statue of Fisher Girl, Lover Road, Shijingshan Mountain Scenic Area. Inn is also near bus station with easy access to Gongbei Checkpoint, Jiuzhou Ferry Terminal. If you choose to go by taxi, it is also not expensive, < 15 yuan to Gongbei and 10 yuan to Jiuzhou Ferry Terminal. There are also shopping complex opposite the Inn with fast food restaurant, including Kentucky. It is a no frills inn. For the price we paid, it is worth every cent. Inn's bed is firm and comfortable. Bed sheet is clean and crispy. Though our room is facing the road, it was not noisy. Most of the staff are very helpful, patient and friendly. They go all way out to help us in our planning of itinerary. We appreciate the yogurt/milk given every evening. Special thanks goes to the cook. We loved the healthy breakfast she prepared. We'll definitely stay there should we decide to visit Zhuhai again.

To access the lift, you must climb a flight of steps...family room? How if u have lugguages , baby and a pram? I am writing to stop this company from further scamming families really looking for a family room. Palm Spring plse stop the scamming. Do your business honestly, dnt cheat customers

Reviewed By Wayland CThe room was decent, it's a franchise hotel, so most of them are managed well. I booked the Single Bed Room and the price was good. The location of the hotel is not that great. You are located next to a car dealership. For eats, exit the hotel and turn right. Before you reach the william club, turn right, there's street barbecue at night and a meat restaurant after that. The William bar is more like a gentlemen's club and ladies club where you pay for a host/hostess to drink with you.

Feeling total black despair
Reviewed By Julia_CambridgeWe booked this hotel through agoda 2 months in advance of our stay. It said it was giving a discount of at least 30 % and all the photos looked quite new and really good. In fact, when we arrived, we were in a big shock. The hotel reception was totally trashed, and like a building site in progress. It has no sign or anything to tell where should the guest check in. We were in a panic and go round the hotel and see whether we can ask someone what's going on. Then found the back door which claimed it's the entrance to the health centre. Then we found a tiny desk with 2 girls inside and they said they are the reception. Everywhere was boarded up, including a tiny reception area and the hall and inside the 2 lifts. The 2 receptionists and a man seems like a little senior are not friendly at all. They can not speak any English, not even Cantonese. They seems can only speaks local language Mandarin Chinese. When we asked, on the booking vochure it said including breakfast, and they simple said no breakfast. (they didn't explain whether the restaurant was in renovation or simple just the hotel do not provide breakfast and is a mis-sold.) nothing explained and said they do not pay compensate because we didn't book through the hotel. The price we paid is actually the same as their normal room rate. In fact the same money is for the newest room. We feel it was a total rip off. As the room seems not being in good repair order sine it built 15 years ago. walls, table, ceiling are cracked, carpets are dirty, sockets came out. The hotel also rented out at least 8 floors to other companies, and all uses the same lifts and no extra security, therefore it does not feel safe at all. The surrounding area seems in a poorer district and very dirty street and local shops seems has no renovation in them. Basically it's a very local hotel only worth 1 star, in fact it does not pass the health and safety issue as the building materials were laying everywhere outside and around the building. We complained to the hotel and try to get refund before staying and they don't care because they said we didn't book through them and they haven't received the money. When we complained to Agoda, they also don't care and can not compensate (not even the breakfast). The only thing they can offer is a 5% off next hotel booking, which is a totally joke! Feeling very disappointed to the hotel and the way Agoda handle this case. It's our first time booking hotel through Agoda, and it'll be our last time too.
