Reviewed By Compass11149826351Clean comfy room, incredibly helpful manager named Mario who completely organised our tours of the canyon as well as our trip on the chepe express which we had not been able to do. They offer very good tour services at reasonable prices and overall can’t recommend enough.

Quaint hotel but a bit antiquated.
Reviewed By AdventurecriticThe Motel Los Alpes is one of the oldest Motels in Acuña, Mexico. It has a decent garden and a pool which is ok during the summer season. I've been to this motel in the summer but the pool water seems to always be murky, so I'm not a fan of using the pool at this motel. The motel has a restaurant that serves excellent food and coffee. It has excellent customer service and prices. The motel itself is a bit old and the rooms are a bit antiquated for my taste, but its one redeeming feature is its fantastic little restaurant.

Comfortable room
Reviewed By Corinna1982I stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which was very clean, quiet an spaceous! If you are looking for a hotel with a cosy atmosphere, this is not the place. If you are just looking for a good night's sleep however, it is a great choice. Breakfast was good too: I had tamales and fresh coffee. The hotel has a swimming pool, but when I visited (February) it was too cold to swim.

Reviewed By Eduardo GSi es un hotel de 3 estrellas, lo puedes usar de paso si solo estas de paso por Delicias. Las habitaciones están limpias. Pueden mejorar los detalles del mantenimiento de las habitaciones, en nuestra habitación el seguro de la puerta del sanitario no cerraba, estaba quebrado y había una caja d luz con cables expuestos. cuidado con los niños. Puntos buenos: Barato, accesible, cerca del centro y de puntos de paso Puntos malos: Mejoren el mantenimiento de las habitaciones en general. El estacionamiento se llena y no hay forma de poder salir o entrar de manera segura de que estara tu lugar disponible.

Reviewed By adpabotoThe A/C didn’t work the entire time front desk kept saying they are fixing thru out the night which I’m sure was a lie no ventilations in the room …I wouldn’t stay here even with a free stay. I understand things happen but the way this was handled was not great and tells me that their maintenance staff it’s not qualified to keep their services checked. Would not stay ever again!

Hotel muy bien ubicado
Reviewed By jfmelendezcHola para platicarles que el fin de semana pasado estuvimos en hospedados en este hotel que les recomiendo sobre todo si tienen algun evento en el Club de Leones de la ciudad de Sabinas, Coah, debido a que queda cruzando el estacionamiento del hotel. Fuimos recibidos creo que por parte de los dueños porque la atención recibida fue muy amable y atenta. Fuimos 5 personas, tomamos 2 habitaciones la cuales nos explicaron que acaban de remodelar. Los cuartos en general muy limpios, camas muy comodas, frigobar, A/C y TVs con cable e Internet gratis. Se incluye un desayuno el cual esta muy bueno porque hay una barrita caliente donde te preparan taquitos de harina con guisados tipicos de la región, fruta, cafe, pan tostado, mermalada, jugo, es un espacio pequeño pero muy bien atendido. Precio muy justo para tan agradable hotel. El bonus es que puedes pedir room service del restaurante famoso que esta justo al lado. En conclusion es una excelente opción para un viaje rapido.

Poor performance
Reviewed By Cruiser223326My truck was hit overnight while staying at la SIESTA MOTEL. We asked the next day for video to see who had done the damage, they gave us the run around telling the the manager needed to approve us getting the footage. By the fifth day asking for it, they mentioned it was deleted and nothing could be done. Its not fair for a business to cover up a wrongful act like this. It is the responsibility of management to what is right.
