Reviewed By Compass11149826351Clean comfy room, incredibly helpful manager named Mario who completely organised our tours of the canyon as well as our trip on the chepe express which we had not been able to do. They offer very good tour services at reasonable prices and overall can’t recommend enough.

Neat, clean, older style, touch expensive
Reviewed By MHrocksGreat Location, parking, big rooms, Internet +/-, I stayed one night, internet was not good in my room so I was on the terrace which is not good for me. I moved and stayed about 10 weeks in a cheap (noisier/rougher) place then moved again for 1 week, and then got an apartment. Did not try the restaurant. Fine for a night, if on a budget, there are better options.

Pueden mejorar los detalles del mantenimiento de las habitaciones, en nuestra habitación el seguro de la puerta del sanitario no cerraba, estaba quebrado y había una caja d luz con cables expuestos. cuidado con los niños. Puntos buenos: Barato, accesible, cerca del centro y de puntos de paso Puntos malos: Mejoren el mantenimiento de las habitaciones en general. El estacionamiento se llena y no hay forma de poder salir o entrar de manera segura de que estara tu lugar disponible.

Very hard mattress, choice a different restaurant!
Reviewed By Maria SWe spend just one night in this place due to the mattress. It really was like a stone! the bathroom it was dirty on the shower and the floor, we didn't sleep well. They offer breakfast buffet, but they serve in our plates just a spoon o food, we didn't feel free to get more food, also it was cold and not the best. Also we went to the restaurant at dinner they take so long to bring the food and it was no good and kind of old. So we decided go to another Hotel to finish our trip in that city.

A Bates Motel
Reviewed By DafyAlbertaI read the only review Trip Advisor had and thought obviously this must be a different place. However, that review was 13 years ago. This place is a dump. Our room was awful with chipped lino floor and threadbare curtains and bedspreads. Its heating system was antiquated and looked dangerous so we spend the night sleeping in our downfilled jackets. Outside each room was a large dirty garbage can, some overflowing with garbage. The museum they run is terrible. It has only two rooms, one of which is empty. The museum's big draw is this poorly displayed mummy. Seemed very disrespectful.
