Very comfortable, but they do not respect online reservations
Reviewed By noeloyolaThe hotel is what it advertises: Clean, cheap and spacious. However, we almost didn´t get a room because they did not have my online reservation. I recommend making phone reservations instead. The wifi was also very lackluster.

La habitación es agradable, buen lugar para descansar y la ubicación fue lo mejor, literalmente en el centro de todo!

Muy fácil de llegar, comida, diversión, lugar de trabajo a donde iba muy cerca del hotel, la atención del personal muy agradable y profesional, se interesan mucho en ayudarte en todo! Los chilaquiles del restaurante muy sabrosos (no soy fan de los chilaquiles, pero con ellos me empezaron a gustar). En resumen buena y agradable estancia, espero poder regresar pronto! Muchas gracias!

A clean oasis amid a filthy inner city
Reviewed By jollycroneI was shocked to see the trash strewn about the streets in the area of the hotel. Also, I caught strong whiffs of urine as I approached it. Fortunately, the hotel itself The hotel was very clean. My small room, in fact, seemed to have been passed through a sterilizer. The staff was very attentive. For a quick overnight stay before going to the airport, this hotel can be recommended. About Tuxtla, where I lived and enjoyed living for twenty-one years: it is very sad to see how much the downtown has been neglected: streetlamps with their globes broken, from which the wires spill like guts, once attractive restaurants behind the cathedral turned into cheap ill-painted and poorly-lighted eateries and dry fountains filled with trash.

Reviewed By Raul JLlegamos de vacaciones a este hotel y nos pareció muy cómodo y silencioso, descansas a gusto con la familia.. el hotel esta ubicado a ocho calles del centro y de restaurantes magníficos, a pesar de que su restaurante da la mejor comida típica de la región.

Feo, viejo y austero
Reviewed By EdberzDefinitivamente no recomiendo este hotel porque está viejo y sucio, lo cual no se justifica con el precio económico que tiene. No le han dado mantenimiento en muchísimos años y la herrería de las ventanas está sucia y oxidada, además de que a la regadera le sale muy poca agua de tanto óxido y sarro que tiene. Los colchones están desgastados y aguados y las sábanas sucias. En general la habitación estuvo pésima y, para colmo, no ponen shampoo en el baño, lo cual jamás me había ocurrido. En pocas palabras no recomiendo este hotel para nada.
