a good and quiet place to stay
Reviewed By Jean Pierre Blocated at 30 min. from the center, its good option if you travel for seminars or tourism but you will spent 100 pesos each trip go and back ,and 400.- from the airport. the room have a good size and very quiet. the breakfest is just fine not great. the general service of the hotel the all staff is friendly and serviable. a rather good oportunity to visit the historical center of puebla.

A very special place, full of sense and beauty
Reviewed By Antonio FOur 3 bedroom "cabaña" is designed with a lot of taste and intelligence, bamboo is used for furniture, doors, a spacious space, peaceful, full of god taste. Nice swimming pool, beautiful spa, wonderful landscape, very nice restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Tosepan is a cooperative project, different axis of development: ecological construction, coffee production, beauty products... a wonderful project to see!

Good hotel on budget price
Reviewed By DaniloAlfonsoThe hotel is being renovated, so they have two kinds of room, new and old ones. We stayed at the old area because there was no available rooms in the renovated one. I was expecting something not taken care off and unconfortable, it turns out it was only old fashioned. The bed was nice, there were no funny smells. It was a very good option, no luxury, but big room. The only thing is that as it is old, the hot water took some minutes to come out, but after that the water was hot, no problem regulating the temperature. Also the food at the restaurant was good, it was all clean and ready at 7am, even though they service starts at 7:15, We told them we were in a hurry and they didn't mind serving us a few minutes earlier. I believe it is a good hotel and the price was like a budget hotel. Plus we paid in cash and received a discount. So full palms up.

Bastante inseguro y viejo
Reviewed By irene lEl hotel es muy simple y vintage pero lo que no nos gusto es la inseguredad: nadie a controlar el ingreso y puertas de los cuartos muy debiles. El suelo era bastante sucio,las mantas tenian un.siglo. glos sanitarios al limite entre lo simple y lo malo. Es barato pero quiza con el mismo dinero se puede durmir en un sitio un poco mas acogedor.

Una cabaña familiar de troncos para 5 a 10 personas, con una cama triangular king size cuarto privado, dos recamara abiertas con cama matrimonial y cama inflable cada una, sala, ante comedor, frigobar, y chimenea. Cabaña de madera con dos recamaras abiertas con camas matrimoniales, y colchón inflable, en le primer nivel planta baja sala con dos sofás camas matrimoniales, baño, chimenea ante comedor, balcón privado. Cabaña romántica privada cama king size regonda, jacuzzi, baño privado, frigobar, calentador eléctrico, sala y balcón privado

Pésimo servicio

Carolina responsable de administración es prepotente y grosera, tiene uno q escuchar como se expresa de mi persona con comentarios sin tacto y al estar ahí presente no te queda de otra como cliente pues donde consigues otro alojamiento yo el 15 de sept a las 6 pm Se comprometen por escrito a devolver un deposito q se quedan ( se los regalo para q se compren un poco de enfoque a cliente y educación) y luego lo niegan por su percepción y sin q exista evidencia de daño q ese era el motivo del deposito. Un total fiasco de servicio !!! Pésima atención!

Excellent location
Reviewed By Gotham411This was a good choice for such a small town, right on the zocalo. The room was clean and large (a chair in the room would have been nice) and the staff were great. It's better if you have some rudimentary Spanish but there was a lovely lady fluent in English in the restaurant, which served some pretty good food.

Good enough for what we needed
Reviewed By Emily-Paige HThis hotel is basic but it is enough. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights on our mexican trip. We are quite active people luckily so the walk to and from central wasnt too bad (around 3km return) breakfast came included in our stay. Coffee juice an entree and main meal. 2 of 3 breakfasts were good. A few small issues with the room. No air con or fan so i does get stuffy. There was a leak from our bathroom room so when we had massive storms you could hear the bathroom dripping everynight. But otherwise great stay.

small and quite but extremely basic
Reviewed By marinalebowe stayed at cachito mio for one night, it is located in cholula in a quiet street near crops and horses, the hotel architecture and terrace is nice, our room was convento, it is spacious but has and old carpet, it lacks maintenance, fun size towels, cheap amenities, nearly warm water in shower, mattresses were bad you could feel the springs. we had breakfast in the terrace which was quite nice, we enjoyed the sunny morning! friendly staff.
