Reviewed By Damian1234567890I arrived to check-in accompanied by my brother who was unable to enter the room because it is forbidden to bring guests for more than 5 minutes, indeed not even 5 min because we always had the caretaker by our side! The reason he explained is that in the area there are "workers" on the road who bring their customers there! Practically since I am a woman I am .....! They say they accept animals but all in all they do not accept them! If you find yourself for work or another reason that does not allow you to bring the dog with you and you have to leave it in the room, you need to expect for your dog to bark because there is always a great noise, the walls are like paper and there is always a bustle of people and slammed doors! If you would like a coffee in the morning or during the day, you have to go 5-6 km away because there is no possibility in the structure! The caretaker (there is always only him for everything) does not speak Italian well (his level of English is 0) and I would say that he understands even little so talking to him is a great effort! The only positive aspect of this experience is the countryside surrounding this place! Do yourself a favor and avoid them.

Camere ampie ed indipendenti, pulite, curate immerse in un prato verde curato nei minimi dettagli. Colazione da leoni...ogni gusto era accontentato....E ricordo che eravamo solo 9! Massima disponibilità anche nel consigliare un posto dove poter andare a cena ma soprattutto pronta ad accettare dritte. Posto strategico per poter visitare la provincia di latina e le.sueNon bellezze. Signora Teresa, sarà la nostra "tana" al prossimo passaggio.

Reviewed By markwiseMy son and I stayed for 3 nights, we were visiting the Commonwealth War Graves at Minturno. Nice small hotel on the sea front with plenty of parking in the area. Very clean hotel and welcoming staff. Good base for exploring the area.

Reviewed By clairemeolaWe really enjoyed our stay here, even if it was only for one night. We were spending a couple of days at the beach and needed somewhere close by to stay. This was clean, nicely furnished and more importantly had AC!! The owners have been thoughtful in what they provided (plenty of towels, multi hole plug socket, shoe store, allocated shelf in the fridge, clothes airer on terrace...) Bathroom had a little box of toiletries and kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to make yourself a meal. The breakfast provided was continental with a good choice of what to eat. The playground was a real bonus for us and our 3 year old daughter. There were shops and pizzeria nearby! Would happily return.

Reviewed By JohnCowley97We drove down from Rome to enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, (Gran Cafe L'Ulivo - but that is another story), and found this little "villino" - not a "Casale", in a pretty part of the countryside, outside Sonnino. The host, Davide, is charming and was most helpful. As many previous comments state, it is clean and newish. It must be said however, that I do not believe this accomodation should be used in winter. The air conditioner, which tried to blow hot air, could not cope with the cold temperatures of the Latina winter and we were freezing cold. Even in the depths of January, the radiators were "off"!! They were possibly never turned on! The host did offer help at any hour, but unless the heater were on, nothing could have warmed us. The accommodation is small, clean and compact, but ok!

Fantastic meal and lovely staff
Reviewed By Judy SAte here on Thursday with my sister and her husband.We had a fantastic meal and were told we could have anything to eat that we wanted.The meal was started with a glass of Spumante which was lovely.The starters were amazing Platters of meat or fish.main courses very very varied lamb with homemade chips . Spaghetti carbonara, seafood pasta etc. lots of nice wine, beer or fanta for children. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone
