Reviewed By Justin PHorrible experience at this B&B. During the second night of my stay, there was no hot water. It was very disappointing to come to an accommodation without a basic necessity. Avoid staying here. Many better options to choose from in La Spezia.

Reviewed By mamanileniaAdriana has been very helpful with us. Very accessible to train station if you want to explore cingue terre. Just 2 minutes away from the city centre and 10minutes walk to the port. Room is very clean with confortable beds.

Reviewed By Michele BWe visited La Spezia Holidays’ Rooms and we were very happy with the choice! Andrea is a fantastic and kind host. The room was huge and beautiful and the B&B is very well positioned. There are beautiful remote beaches just a 15-minute drive away! We will come back!

Reviewed By Judio RI dont understand this low rate. Been reading and is amazing.. what do people want to interact with the owner for? Ig got a mail as well a WhatsApp message wit VERY CLEAR instructions on how to access. Everthing was clean and no issues at all. Nowhere is stated they offer AC and the fan is more than enough. And the price? Amazingly cheap. You can not pretend to have a 5 stars hotel for that price. Thanks Erika or whatever your name is.

The place where I was robbed
Reviewed By LudmyllaB15I stayed at Camera Andrea for three nights and on the second day, when I was at the beach, someone came into my room, cut my padlock and stole my money. The apartment managers did not give any support and lied saying it had never happened before. But there is a similar burglary record on booking.com that occurred in May 2019 (in the month prior to my stay). It is not worth risking your life and your estate by staying in that place.

Great Place to Stay
Reviewed By TheGrayCatWe stayed at Affittacamere Brinn for 3 nights, and would certainly stay here again. Our room was very clean and spacious. It was air-conditioned and is conveniently located in the centre of La Spezia, meaning that the port, train station and the restaurant area are all within short walking distance. One of the owners, Alessandro, was extremely helpful and gave us some great advice regarding places to eat. Although this accommodation does not have its own parking spaces, there is a large, free car-park approximately 5 minutes walk away. We simply parked outside the apartment, to unload our bags, and then went and parked in the car park. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here.

Reviewed By MazMoacWe could have written the review that the previous disappointed customer wrote...We too were left stranded by the uncooperative Owner..she must make a lot of money by using her prepaid policy.we were give a check in time of 11 am to 13.oo RIDICULOUS!! We also requested a later check in, which was accepted, and she would leave the key..We telephoned her to say that we had car trouble and would be a bit later, she point blank refused to help us as no one was on the premises, I was appalled to think about security, or even Fire regs. We booked thro' Booking.com they also were very unhelpful, supported the owner in the decision NOT to give us a refund..we the had to find a bed for the night and a high price for a last minute booking..Thank you B.E.A. MAISON. Never book this hotel !

Pit stop a La Spezia
Reviewed By bohemien85A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di La Spezia e a 10 minuti dagli archetti di Buren. Al 5 piano (senza ascensore!) di un palazzo non propriamente ben tenuto, la stanza era molto pulita, e sufficientemente larga. Wifi, frigo e TV presenti. Noi siamo stati una sola notte per poi ripartire la mattina successiva ed è stato perfetto. Lati negativi: quinto piano senza ascensore (se avete valige pesanti può essere impegnativo) e, nonostante l'altezza, la via su cui affaccia è abbastanza rumorosa.
