Reviewed By devkiran53I visited Dalhousie with my family only once . I enjoyed its compactness and adjoining Khajjiar. Amongst all hill stations, it seemed to be most peaceful.If you wish to relax mind and body, go there. Our volvo dropped us at Pathankot and we hired a taxi. Midway, taxi stopped for refreshment, what a tasty toast of hot pakoras, waah. I enjoyed having a walk on Mall Road.

THANK GOD LIFT IS WORKING WHEN REACH THEIR HOTEL . FOOD IS ALSO GREAT . ITS AN LEISURE HOTEL . IF THEY PUT MORE AND INCREASE SERVICES THIS HOTEL CAN BE IN TOP 5 HOTELS IN Dalhousie. Food is also ok ... Room service is little bit slow but you can ignore it as room views are great . It is in panchpulla and around 3 km from gandhi chowk . Location is very peaceful. I recommended it .

Extremely 3rd class hotel... NEVER VISIT...
Reviewed By A_pats_28One of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. Please do not visit here if you don't want to spoil your trip. Apart from valley view from the room there is not a single reason to stay here. - Very poor and unprofessional entrance - Dirty kitchen (if we call under construction basement room a kitchen) - No lift and you have to climb more than 30-40 difficult steps to reach your home. Not possible for elders to climb those. - Sooooo many architectural issues inside the room. - Dirty rooms - Towels and napkins are not clean and new - No water in one of their 'so called' top class rooms (room no. 403 and 404) - No proper system of dinner, no menu available. Very limited choices in food. Food is OK though. - You feel like you are staying in a very low grade, cheap and under-construction property after paying 3-4 star room charges. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PROPERTY IF WANT TO ENJOY A PLEASANT STAY.

Reviewed By Anuj BMy plan to stay at Fogg Valley Resort was as random as my trip to Dalhousie, and looks like it didn't turn out to be bad. The rooms were properly furnished and lacked nothing except a better television (Air Conditioners were obviously not required). The best part, however, was the balcony that offered a charming view of the Himalayas. Evenings witnessed super-cold breezes and little drizzles, making this scenery a lot more beautiful. The resort is easily accessible for being located on the Highway and about a kilometer or so from the nearby Petrol Pump. The only weak part was the staff, which was no doubt cooperative but inexperienced, and therefore, generally clueless.
