Reviewed By luckyjack83This hotel in Xintai in the first impression seemed to be a nice one. Checkin was fast and without trouble, the booked business room seemed to be clean and tidy, but all business rooms are located to a quite noisy shopping street. The staff missed to copy the Passport and register with local Police. The trouble began on second day, we left the hotel in the morning at 9 am and returned arround 2:45 pm. The first thing to our attention was the room was not cleaned up. The problem: as we both do not smoke, it is easy to smell cigarette smoke. Inside the room, the smell was so strong, it must have been at least two persons break into our room and smoked cigarette there. Our private luggage was searched, the room safe was opened and searched, our property was not lying in the same order as when we left the room. Nothing was stolen though. As the locked room-safe can only be opened with a general key, the hotel staff must be well informed about what has happened in our room. Immediatly we complained to the service desk. All present hotel staff is not able to speak a single word english or they pretend like that. In chinese they explained us, the cigarrette smoke came from outside the floor into our room as there is a small slit between the door and the ground, nobody was inside our room, they rejected to show us the surveilliance tape. So, with this situation, we had to play harder. We called the chinese police. The police ordered the manager to let us view the video tape, without any result. The quality was very poor in this floor, and the recording was not complete covered or been deleted before we could watch it. As nothing was stolen, this case was over for the police. As inside the room-safe there was Laptop and external harddrive, it can be suspected that the data was copied, as the things lay not at the same position as we left them. We got a new room next to the first room. No cigarrette smoke inside, 5 meter away from the first room, same gap between door and floor. We left this hotel the next day. I can only reccomend to anybody who has to stay here, leave no sensitive items inside the room or inside the hotel at all, seems there are some persons very intrested in the property of foreigners.

Reviewed By TomChina2016私は新泰市に長い間滞在していましたので、新泰市のホテルは良く知っています。もし新泰市に滞在するなら、このホテルをお勧めします。このホテルはコストパフォーマンスが良く、街の中心に位置し、夜はとても静かで、朝食はとても美味しいです。私は利用しませんでしたが、プールもあり、ジムもあります。新泰のホテルでは珍しく部屋に冷蔵庫も付いていました。

Probably the best in Xintai
Reviewed By jass_rjI had the opportunity to stay for several times in this hotel. It has good rooms and I have a good stay. In fact, the hotel has two buildings - I only stayed on the newest one. Regarding the breakfast, that is in the oldest building, it only has Chinese food and I think that the quality could be better. The hotel is far away of city center, but it has a garden nearby that is a good place to walk around.

当地连锁酒店的唯一选择
Reviewed By IM7310位置还算好找 属于当地唯一的连锁 应该是山东银座旗下的 由于是新开的 设施卫生什么的都还不错 服务也不错 早餐没来得及吃 总体还算可以 喜欢连锁标准服务的可以考虑这家 相对有保证些

Reviewed By 零线卫生和设施挺好，就是前台服务员态度极差，对客人提问很不耐烦，从房间打电话到总台服务员回答问题后马上挂电话，绝不多说一句，非常冷淡。令人感觉心情恶劣
