Reviewed By 691sebastiaanhwelcomed with carrying our own luggage up hill without any assistance or support offered,once entered the room,the entire window for its promoted jungle view was covered in dirt,paint drips and full of previous guest body prints including infant feets etc,bathroom and all mirrors were not cleaned for a long time and full of dirt which was never checked before we entered this horrendous accomodation.after reporting it the housekeeping supervisor came with a dry cloth to check our complain and even suggested it was outside of the glass (which hung over a 20 meter drop) tiles on entree were broken off and even roomservice was served in a dirty crate,breakfast and front office never welcomed or greeted and all breakfasst equipment was neevr been maintained neither sanitized properly while staff is playing on their phone and show 0 care,passion or interest in their guest. You would imagine especially during covid hygiene would be a even more intensive area of attention to give guest a feeling of safety and hygiene, which are nowhere to be found here,and staff once shared our feedback show 0 care or interest to solve the discomfort,managment and owner should be investigated when asking such prices and cant even provide a clean room, luggage service,a basic standard quality bnreakfast or even the famous Thai way is not found here, make sure NOT to visit this place, worst experience of my life ,even worked in hospitality myself #HORRIBLE #DIRTY #UNPLEASANT SERVICE ATTITUDE

Sugar cane , Corn, Mangoes , Banana and Vagestable where you can expore by walking or by bicycle to visit villagers or village school, or walking or trail run distant of 1200 meters up and down hill within resort.

Situated on a high plateau up in the mountain occupying an area about 50 rai ( or 20 acres) of space, Bu-Nga-Sari is surrounded by a range of hills that could be seen filling alternately between the forest, the cropland, and the grass field could be distinguished from near to as far as the eyes could see. The landscape of the Resort starts on upper hills and glide downward until it touches the reflecting water of the two man-made large reflection ponds. The Resort surrounding has such a panoramic view which greatly excites the eyes and emotion of those who get to see it.

Reviewed By Eve VGreat Mountain View! Recommended for a city escape! The best part of this hotel is the panoramic Mountain View which can be seen at the back of the hotel. It's really great for a getaway. However, there was nothing much around the hotel area. Restaurants and convenient stores are in short driving distance. The room was great. There is a nice balcony where you can sit and chill. There were quite some insects and mosquitoes, but the hotel also provides a net that covering your bed.

Reviewed By 906ingeeWe were stuck in Trang because of heavy rain but luckily we found this nice clean place with large double bedroom. It's at walking distance from the city centre near the dudong fountain. In the neighbourhood we also found the food markets .

Good but not worth the price
Reviewed By thaifunWe have mixed feeling about this hotel. The price tag of this resort is the highest in the area. The service is good especially the lady at the restaurant. Breakfast is adequate but delicious. The Mountain View unit we stayed was spacious and nicely designed. (though the view is not great as attached). The key issue at this hotel is the bed and bed linen quality. They were very worn out and made us smelly like sweat in the morningฺ It liked slept in the bed and on pillows that have been used for more than 10 years so even though the worn out bed linen looked clean the smell was from the inner pillows duvet and mattress that have been used for long time. Sleep quality is the most important factor we used to rate hotel. At this price tag we expect a better quality mattress duvet and bed linen or view. Quality of towels and toiletries provided in the bathroom were sub standard and should be improvedฺ The breakfast room was also next to the place the staff used area which didn’t look nice. The allowance of dogs without rules in the common area made us look at the view of pooping dog on the grass in front of the breakfast area while we had breakfast. Shall we return? The answer is definitely No. All in all the quality of bed and view of room we stayed worth 20% lower price tag. If that the case we would not complain as we would have not expect much.

A ranquil hotel.
Reviewed By Tony HAlthough situated a little out of the way, this hotel is placed on a small lake and is set in beautiffuly maintained gardens. We were met by Khun Pi on arrival, who came out to the car. He quickly arranged with his staff to have our cases taken by trolly to our rooms. Check-in was quick and simple and we were quickly taken to our rooms that were built out over the lake. The rooms were large spacious and well equiped. Both the rooms and the bathrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was enough food to keep you going until dinner time. On check out, staff were there to pick up out luggage and tiik them to the car. Our stay was extremely pleasant and we would certainly stay here again.

Reviewed By Mollymoon_26Resort is surrounded by beautiful nature; however the road to the resort is really not good at all. Very nice weather, fresh air in the morning. Bedroom and bathroom are clean, but there are stain of scale at the basin and faucet. Liquid soap, shampoo, shower cap, and hair dyer are provided. Breakfast buffet (American breakfast and boiled rice) is served from 8am., which I think quite late. Staffs are friendly.

Enjoy green food, home grown organic vegetables, local ingredients , herbs , friendly relax welcome, explore to thai local organic life, but in a simple and earth care, local contemporary architect, but look smooth with surroundings. Feel fresh air every morning with bird song, enjoy sunny and rain up to seasons change, night time is filled with chilled breeze, from Khaoyai ( big last woods that was preserved seriously ) Whole day is blended with soft wind, blow all day, so no worry of bad mood from atmostphere, but enjoy panorama view of salad veggies, rice field, fruit herb garden. Heaven on earth is all here, once you visit you will be our royalty guest. but most of all please come with half of expectation, then you will be more happy .

Reviewed By Nar MPerfect location. Perfect room. Perfect service. Perfect breakfast. Very nice stuff and owner. I missed nothing and the room and the resort was awesome. Big rooms, very clean and well made. Close to the best viewpoint in Wang Nam Khiaow. I will visit this place again for sure.....
