Maintainace - Neat Room service - Good Sanitation facilities - very good Wifi - yes available Cost of room - Reasonable Parking space - Street parking Restaurant - Not available News papers not provided to the room. Kindly get newspapers from outside. The only thing the visitors could feel as a drawback is - Non - availability of good restaurant nearby the guest house. We have to come walking for about 300-400 metres to reach good restaurant If ever this guest house could provide food by starting a restaurant, then this would be the best place of stay.

The price was affordable ..and provided almost all amenities. In scorching heat of Puducherry.... AC was only the saviour. Thanks to Rani residency team ..for their wonderful stay experience..

Reviewed By ishabagchi20Good place at budget price for my company travel. Non AC rooms are neat and tidy which are spacious. Located in the city centre of Villupuram. Staff are polite and courteous, front office staff are very good and helpful.

Reviewed By Sundareswaran TThe Good Part : The Hotel is very clean, the staff at front desk very co operative, the rooms were really clean, so also the linen. Overall good. Good hotel for a night stay while you are in transit. The Bad part : The Hotel is situated in a Mall and you have to climb at least 15 stairs are so to reach the lift, the Front desk is not providing key and each time you go out you will have to tell the front desk who will send someone to open the door, there are no restaurants in the Hotel as it is located in a mall and you have to go the restaurant in the mall if you need food or coffee.
