Reviewed By josies947Simply the best villa we have ever stayed in. The most incredible views, you are literally above the clouds! The villa itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Natasa brought us fantastic breakfasts every morning and we loved every second! We stayed in Villa Iasmos which has the pool close to the villa which was really convenient for us because we had our 2 year old daughter with us. There is genuinely nothing I can think of that would have made our stay any better. Thank you team Art Blue Villas!!!

Pansion Filoxenia Apartments & Studios is located in Tsoukalades , 6km from the town of Lefkada and 3 km first beach of Pefkoulia on the west coast. 2km away is Agios Nikitas beach, then is Milos beach and then is Kathisma beach 2km. Tsoukalades-Kathisma is 8 minutes drive by car. Then is Kalamitsi, then Big Gialos beach, then Egremnoi beach and then Porto Katsiki beach. All rooms have balconies with garden view. Every room-studio and apartment consists of fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator. Every room-studio and apartment has a private bathroom, air condition and a satellite TV. There is free Wi-Fi in every room and all over Pansion Filoxenia Apartments & Studios and also free parking.Hair drier and iron and laundry availiable for free. Free tour guide and map for Lefkada with information for all beaches, archeological sites and museums. There is every day cleaning. There is a mini market 10 meters, restaurant with fresh fish at 5 meters and a cafeteria 1 meter away. Also there is a bakery 10 meters away.The reception is open 8:00 in the morning till late at night. Area for scenic walks. Landmarks near the property: Archeological museum at the forecourt of Monastery Orthodox Panagia Faneromeny 1km.

The service is outstanding as before, the owners are super-welcoming, rooms are nice and clean with a sunset view, no stress for parking as they have their own well organized parking space. Amazing experience and very high recommendations for this superb accommodation!

The apartment was so beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean, also having a large balcony, overlooking the entire valley and the sea. Being situated up on the hill, you cannot hear the traffic or any other noise ... for a great quality sleep, this is the place to go. The pool/bar area is fantastic, superb decorated as the entire garden. That's where you can enjoy a brilliant breakfast for a great start of the day. A big thank you to the owners, which were fantastic, very helpful and always smiling. P.S. Make sure you try the mojito !!! ?

Reviewed By gudok2017Fantastic stay at Acquaterra Villas. Warm welcome by George, very comfortable villa, great pool and terrific views. Every day cleaning of pool and house by the super staff make this feel like a real holiday. Very nice restaurants close by and a lot of (water) acitivities on the island. We had a fantastic time at Acquaterra villas!

Perfect place in lefkada
Reviewed By DVioletaWe stayed at Pansion laertes in July 2019 and have been very satisfied. The pension is very good placed and have perfect view from balcony. The beautiful beaches from the west coast and Lefkada town are close. The pension and the rooms are very clean – towels and linens have been changed every second day. The owners are very friendly and helpful and they gave us bottle of olive oil and vine for free. They do everything to make their guests feel comfortable. Thank you for this pleasant stay. We can really recommеnd your pansion.

Arrogant host tricked us with the reservation
Reviewed By ShloseraOn the date of our arrival we were welcomed by a representative of the owner (Filipos) to inform us that the apartment from our reservation is not available. They tried to offer some other apartment few km far from this place under a condition. The new apartment was not available for the first night (but offered), so we were offered to stay one night in a villa owned by the same owner at almost 3 times of the price of our initial reservation until the new place is vacated the next day. If we don't like that they just said "You are free to look for another place in Lefkada". It was 6PM so that it would be really awful experience to waste our time searching for a new hotel in a place that we are for first time and we don't know. My wife was pregnant 7th month and she was really furious of this this thus they brought us to another place owned by relatives of Filipos which was more expensive but fortunately we were able to negotiate price and we finally stayed there. We checked in and left for the beach trying to forget this. But the story doesn't end here. In the evening the owner of Gountis apartment was extremely arrogant to threaten us by a phone call that if we do not cancel our reservation for the apartment that we never stayed in he will declare us as no show, so we will be fined 50% of the price of our stay. Extremely arrogant behavior that can ruin everyone's vacation. In the end, I decided that it was not worth further spoiling the experience in Lefkada with negative emotions like opening a case to bookingcom, waiting for them to solve the problem, which chance to be solved in practice is not easy due to the difficult proof of the case - his word, against my word and all the witnesses were on his side. I canceled the reservation and we continue the vacation in Lefkada in the new place which finally realized that is much better. One of the negative things that I noticed in Gountis apartment is the group of noisy tourists around the pool which could really ruin the holiday especially if you look for a calm place for your rest. I additionally don't recommend this place because of the arrogant owned which informed us the reason of apartment unavailability is accommodation of another guests that payed higher price avoiding bookingcom fees and of course my discount as Genius Level 2 membership. He explained that despite our confirmed reservation the other guests are with higher priority because he received more money from them. All the communication was lead in a very poor English so that the other side either could not understand our frustration and needs or explain the situation. That is our negative experience with this place which we never want to remember.

You need a car
Reviewed By jennrichjoLovely staff. Especially Eleni who works the pool bar/cafe. About 20min walk to beach or the only shop. The website still says bike hire but this is no longer available. The studios are good but mind was not very well equipped. I had to ask for a kettle of saucepan as neither were there . I was given a kettle the next day so that was good. Very clean and comfortable beds. No real complaints but you do need a car as there is no local bus route to anywhere .
