Located on a narrow city street, the Palatino featured an accommodating staff, small but clean, comfortable rooms, solid WiFi and a fair COVID-era breakfast. The beds were firmly comfortable while the pillows were uncomfortably soft. The rooms darkened nicely at night and the nights were quiet in spite of the urban location. The Palatino is a walkable 20 minutes from the downtown area where you can find an array of restaurant, shops and outdoor malls. We left satisfied and would return again.

Reviewed By George EThe hotel is on a very busy street and you can't park on the street while you check in. Once you check in you find out that the hotel has parking less than a block away. The breakfast is dreadful with no real food; just ersatz mystery meat, a hard boiled egg and some sickly sweet manufactured orange juice. The room is adequate though spartan. At night an elderly lady who doesn't speak English must hear you bang on the outside hotel window in order for her to get up and unlock the chains to the hotel entrance to let you in.

Reviewed By christoskemThe room was ok, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little far from the centre of the city. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to the city square. If you like a quiet place this is for you. The stuff are very friendly, and breakfast is good.

Breakfast was very good, great selection of different food, good coffee and tasty hot food. The decor is a bit dated, possibly hasn’t been updated in 15 or so years. Sound insulation very good; the square was hectic the night we stayed but we couldn’t hear a thing and slept like a log. Overall, it’s a decent dependable hotel if lacking charm in some areas.
