Reviewed By ShelovesmomAside from the structure and the beach, this is FAR from 4 stars. Maybe it had its glory days but it's now a mess. The public spaces are dirty. The food is bad (we ate out 3 times), no covid regulations in place. Long line in the buffet and guests are stuffed in a small space where your table could be missing the next meal. The food trays are mostly empty and you should get up and refill your own water. The table cloths are re-used. Airconditioning not working well, music too loud. Restaurant understaffed The restaurant manager useless, and speaks bad about other guests in public spaces. No playground for kids, only 5 old and rusty swings for the entire hotel. Twice, we had no water to take a shower and sometimes no towels in the room. They charge an extra 50€ per person for the use of facilities. There were only 2 days in a week where there was no wedding and the pool was free. The management and staff knew the guests were unhappy but no guest recovery effort was made. Spend you money and precious vacation time somewhere else. I will not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with huge rooms
Reviewed By Michal BWell, my first impression wasn´t the best one, trying to find a place where to park my car. If this hotel has some problem, it is the parking which is rather missing, not being very clear what is the parking of the hotel, but I think that later they will resolve this issue somehow. The rest was pretty awesome. Just the hospitality on the reception was great, even later (e.g. on the breakfast) was perfect. Then when you enter your room you are impressed by its size, it´s pretty amazing how large it is. Moreover it was very nice with simple and modern design. The breakfast was also very good with enough choice (not only sweet).

Wonderful holiday - amazing location - on the beach
Reviewed By 514deemI stayed in Hotel Dolce Stella in July 2019 and had a wonderful holiday, The hotel is right on the beach - my son timed it to be less than 5 mins from our room to having our toes in the sea. Long lazy lunches after a morning on the beach were a highlight, as were atmospheric dinners in the evening, The staff were fantastic - Antonio took great care of us, really friendly with amazing attention to detail. Sayed the lifeguard was wonderful, he played football with my son and made the holiday for him - giving him tips and organising football games for the children.Nicola was a gentleman always suggesting wines to try, but we loved the first one we had so didn't change! I really hope to go back to this jewel in Torre Melissa Grazie e alla prossima!

Reviewed By Dorothy MThe accommodation was excellent, in a quiet and friendly residential street. Spacious bedroom with balcony. Superbly fitted very modern and well equipped communal kitchen. Excellent breakfast in spacious dining area, and the home made carrot cake alone was worth the trip. The owners were extremely helpful in assisting us with our ongoing travel plans and even gave us a lift to the neighbouring town to visit the travel shop.

Reviewed By fedionilBellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare. Si tratta di un monolocale nuovo con arredamento moderno e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Cucina nuovissima con fornelli ad induzione, soggiorno ampio e luminoso, vetrata e balcone sul mare, bagno spazioso. Il letto è molto comodo ed gli armadi ampi e ben sfruttabili. Pulizia impeccabile. Sicurezza estrema con video sorveglianza sia nel parcheggio, sia nella parte interna. Nella struttura è presente anche una palestra. Personale gentile e disponibile, è premuroso e si preoccupa di far sentire a suo agio il cliente. Lo ringraziamo con grande affetto. Torneremo sicuramente a Torre Melissa presso la vostra struttura.
