Right off the bat, front desk gentlemen was friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, and as for myself, awesome bed. the free breakfast included with the room, hits it out of the park; fresh fruit (all ripe and flavorful) yogurt, granola, omelets, at least ten different options of stews, chilaquiles and so on. Chef Luis Rey is excellent and very helpful, personally keeping an eye on the quality of the food and service, the waiters and rest of the staff ALWAYS friendly and helpful, keep it up you have a good team, Thank you for the experience I will return for sure.

Reviewed By mayaihdMy flight was canceled and I was put up at this hotel for a night . Service was horrible. I didn’t eat due to no one taking my order . Next day when I woke up , I woke up with BED BUGS. Never in my life have I seen anything like this . They are unclean!

Reviewed By Mluque73Les falta mucho, su restaurante es muy poco lo que ofrece, nos cobraron el desayuno y dice que está incluido. No te avisan que el pagar con tarjeta de crédito te aumentará un 16%. Las personas que trabajan son muy amables, pero el hotel ofrece muy poco.

UNA PORQUERIA DE MOTEL
Reviewed By josenicolasr545En primer lugar nunca tienen habitación sencilla y la mas barata es de 270 pesos, pero eso no es el problema, me asignaron la habitación 18 y resulta que no tiene agua caliente, la regadera poca agua sale y muy fría, me cae que orinando yo sale mas que su baño y para acabarla sin toallas, porque aun no llegaba la lavandería y como reportar si el teléfono de la habitación no funciona.
