Our priorities are to offer you comfort, cleanliness, a pleasant and friendly environment, and of course economic prices. Basic small town hotel
Reviewed By laurakmanThis was an older hotel and typical for the area. Except for the carpet, the room was clean. The carpet may have been clean but was so worn, it did not feel that way. They would do better to take out the carpet and just have tile or wood. Bathroom was clean and had a shower stall. Lobby was nice and so was the breakfast area. Breakfast at this location not included but was the typical 5 Euro per person. Price was good.

Reviewed By Ron SThe lobby of the hotel looks great. The room was rather small but clean and quiet, with dated furniture but comfortable beds. Nice helpful staff, good breakfast. Parking is on cross streets, it took us a few minutes to find a spot nearby. Several restaurants around the hotel.

A place to stay in the center of Thiva
Reviewed By Manuel_PortoThe hotel is located in a pedestrianized street in the center of Thiva, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars that provide outdoor seating, a must during the hot Greek summer nights. Our room was located on the first floor, overlooking the street. The room and the bathroom were spacious but démodé, in need of urgent refurbishment. The air-con and the internet worked just fine. The buffet breakfast was ok, without too many choices. The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The reception is on the first floor and there are no lifts. However, the staff carried on how bags to/from the second floor without even being asked for. The facade of the hotel building is being renovated. Hope they renovate the interior too. In sum, you get what you pay for.

Nice hotel, owner could have a nicer smile, relatively clean rooms
Reviewed By ANASTPANAGWe stayed for a night. The property's rooms was spacious and relatively clean. The swimming pool was nice though the smell of clorium was pretty intense... Our room did not overlook the swimming pool but the road at the front. So nothing special. The rooms overlooking the swimming pool would be nicer to enjoy breakfast at the balcony. It was nice that the rooms had a fridge. The stuff was very polite. The owner could be more polite and friendly. Avoid coffee at the hotel as it it's not that good and of very poor value for money... Last, the owner told me that American Express is not accepted... And it was a lie as the POS accepted AMEX... And if I recall correct this is also stated at the hotel's page... If I have to stay at Thiva I might choose this hotel if I don't want to interfere with Thiva's city centre...
