Staff very disturbing and doesn't coordinate with each other at all
Reviewed By Trek51381138100Giving you feedback about our experience with the reservations in your hotel. The reservation was for our guest. I had called the hotel for the reservation and had mentioned clearly that the payment will be done by the company. I have also mailed them later with the reservation details and asked them for a Proforma invoice for the payment. Even after payment from our side before check-in, your front desk staff had asked our guest for the payment. While making the reservation on call, I had clearly mentioned to your staff that whatever extras will be there it will be paid for by our company. I have also requested them to share the invoices for the extras before checkout. However, it was never communicated to me on call or by email that we need to make the payment before check-out. Due to this, our guest had to wait during check-out. When I tried to report this to your staff, he was adamant and wasn’t ready to believe me. My prime consent was that our company has taken care of the payment so that there would be no inconvenience to our guests. The room payment was done early and you already had our details with you so you shouldn't keep our guest waiting during check out. In the service industry, you need to believe your guest and should behave politely with them in any situation. We hope that you would treat this feedback in a constructive manner and try to implement it in your code of conduct.

They serve pretty good variety of food in break fast. Morever staff is so cheerful that it will further pamper your stay. They are humble and great on conversation. One gem they have Chetan Bhai who will assist you in best possible manner and great staff. Must appreciate over all gesture and one thing for sure you will not regret Thanks Chetan Bhai for amazing hospitality

They have non working air conditioners . At night only two stray dogs for security. Whole area is prone to intruders and wind animals. No mosquito net to save from mosquitoes. No room kettle for coffee or tea. Oily and spicy food. Service staff knock your door any time to ask silly questions. No refrigerator. humid and hot weather. Isolated place

Mr Pradeep R, the banquet manager explained in details all options, menus and quotes in his typical smiling ways. Thereafter, I did not worry. He helped us selecting menus for the event and he was there throughout the event to take care of any glitch. During the event, he along with Mr Robin, the Chef, gave me assurance that they will take care of guests and I need not worry at all and they exceeded my expectations. In short, it was a great experience of service standards, quality of food and ambience of the hall. Companies talk a lot about customer centricity but fail to deliver measurably at the last mile. Here was a living example of customer service and centricity.
