Reported to reception who were very unhelpful and continued to charge us the full rate for the room! Very disappointed! Reception staff not helpful at all. Massage in spa - very basic. Zoom in on picture to see the ants.

Reviewed By carolyng504Stayed here for a week hotel very impressive looking from the outside on arrival we had to change our room due to it not being up to standard smelt damp and smokey they did move us bed and breakfast basis room was cleaned daily WiFi not the best half the plug sockets didn’t work so we basically had to charge phones in the bathroom the aircon was very strange barely working. The reception staff were pleasant but the staff in the breakfast room were very grumpy and perhaps should not assume because your not Italian that you don’t understand perfectly well what they are saying!!!! The nicest part is the pool and the very nice staff that work at the pool and in the bar there . The whole place needs a bit of TLC I think it a shame because it could be and has been amazing

Perfect accomodation in Telese with gracious hosts
Reviewed By 215juniekI stayed in Mariposa for a work placement at one of the hospitals in Telese and it was the perfect place for a longer term stay. The location was just 5 minutes from the Maugeri hospital and close to delicious pizzerias! My room was spacious and spotless, with a large attached bathroom and balcony. The toiletries and breakfast provided were much appreciated. Nicola and his family were wonderful and really went out of their way to make me feel welcome in Telese! Their hospitality and the lovely apartment really made it easier for me to be away from home for an extended period. I would recommend Mariposa wholeheartedly and it would be my top choice when returning to Telese.

Reviewed By 596calogerobDare una pallina già è troppo,partendo dal fatto che siamo arrivati il primo giorno doccia con acqua fredda caldaia guasta per non parlare della sporcizia attorno a noi credo che neanche le più cattive taverne (senza disprezzo) si trova tutto ciò.Cmq da parte nostra non ci torneremo nemmeno se è l'unico beb nella zona meglio in stazione? per non parlare nelle vicinanze nemmeno un ristorante x fortuna che stavamo in centro? e per concludere per il fatto di pagare non accetta bancomat solo contanti (chissà perché) anche un caffè sì potrebbe pagare con la carta ma da lui no mah

Reviewed By creativc0nsultingFamily run hotel recently refurbished hotel the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms a bit small especially the shower. The property is located two minutes from the train station and a short walk from the center of Telese and the thermal baths. Possibility of parking on the street. The service is great, the rooms are clean and modern. A beautiful experience. Additional note: restaurant with excellent meals!

Lovely Hotel with a Beautiful View
Reviewed By FrancescaN3Stayed here for a few nights, and it was a great base for exploring the town of Telese. Our room had a balcony, and had a great view of the lake. We had dinner one night, which was delicious, home-cooked Italian food! Breakfast was often a yummy croissant with sugar and a coffee which set us off to explore during the day. If you're going from the station without a car and luggage, it is do-able, but not recommended. The owners were lovely, the bedrooms were cleaned daily, and shower pressure was good too. It's also best to know some basic Italian for this hotel, in case an English speaker isn't around.
