Reviewed By CHUCKV702The rooms and bathrooms were renovated and very well kept. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Centrally located 10 to 15 min walk to main train station very doable in good weather conditions. My only suggestion would be be to have A/C summer time was very warm. They did supply me with a fan which helped at night.

Reviewed By 592nicolaspVery good lunch deals for 6 euros (soup and main meal), desserts are also good, we had the strudel and berry pie. The meals are of very good quality. They also have a bed and breakfast and a wine cellar.

Reviewed By Andrej BThe location is a very nice historical building right on the town square. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and worth the extra 5 euros. Parking was free and inside a gate. Overall, this place is very good for the price.

Reviewed By Ivana KWe stayed for 5 night in total. Paid around £350. When we got there, everything looked great. The next day however, the stale cigarette smell got through the cleaning products used the day before. It was disgusting and it stayed with us for the remainder of our holiday. (We specifically asked for a non-smoking room.) On top of that, the bathroom stank of drains and I mean proper horrible smell. So unpleasant. The floors were dirty right form day 1. I think they're that colour for a reason. My daughters white socks were covered in filth the minute she took her shoes off. The beds were uncomfortable big time. The pillows were lumpy and flat. The baby cot was provided, but there was no proper mattress in it, so we didn't use it. All in all, competitive price for the location and good parking. However, if you think you would mind all the things mentioned above, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Good, but not worthy a price
Reviewed By Jan TI spent there 1 night. Hotel is not bad, staff is friendly in general, rooms are clean, my attic room was large (twin room for one person). Parking at the hotel included in a price. Very good location on the main square of the town. Breakfast large and good. However I don't like the a wear of the hotel. It needs some refurnishing. Carpets are worn, style like in early '90, apparent gypsumboard walls, shower is visible worn by use too. Simply it doesn't look like a hotel but a cheapo student dormitory. The gypsumboard walls of attic room are tiny so I was not able to sleep in night as far youngsters in next room kept not very loud party till 3AM ... I recommend the hotel but don't expect anything fancy for your 40 € (incl. breakfast and parking), what is one of the most expensive hotels in the town.

Reviewed By Thiago RThe hotel is in a building from the socialist time. So when you see the architecture of the place itself, you don't get very excited about the option you made. And the neighborhood is not very beautiful either. But the truth is that Hotel Preveza is actually a good hotel. Nothing extraordinary, but it's fine. You can find a hotel closer to the train station in Spisska Nova Ves for a little more in the price, what can make it worth more. And not to forget to mention, there is a swimming pool (seems big) that you can use in Preveza Hotel (it's a community swimming pool where people pay to use, but if you are staying at Preveza, you don't need to).

Great Stay in Spissky Nova Ves
Reviewed By netia1128Our apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom we stayed in had blackout shades, which was going above and beyond in my opinion. The wifi was good, and the apartment had two smart TVs; one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. The kitchen had all the basics you need to cook a few meals. I also appreciated the free parking in the back of the building.

Reviewed By Věra RBydleli jsme v apartmánu 12, byl velmi pěkný, čistý, příjemný. Jídlo v restauraci bylo skvělé, stejně tak i snídaně. Měla jsem pocit, že jim na zákaznících záleží, to byla po předchozích zkušeností (Terchová), příjemná změna.
