A boutique hotel located in one of the best prime central area of Songkhla, Thailand. LOCATION: The hotel is decorated with a unique style and has grown with a focus on fine living, where the location give the most accessibility throughout Songkhla either the most popular Samila Beach or the busiest street food (walking distance of 10 mins and 2 mins respectively). ACCOMMODATION: The hotel consists of 80 guest rooms and suites. The hotel is designed for both short and long stay combination on the fine living atmosphere. There are 4 room types to most accommodate your stay, by follow: Club Standard, Club Superior, Club Suite and Club Family. Our facilities include buffet breakfast, dining room, courtyard, terrace in every room, 24 hours lobby service as well as room service and transportation. Airport pick up is available upon request.
Disappointing
Reviewed By HenryandirisWe stayed here in March 2022 - it was not a great experience. Reception staff were a mixed bag, some very helpful, others indifferent or downright contemptuous. I would recommend obtaining receipts for anything you pay for, as when the reception staff change shift things like breakfast or taxi bookings are poorly recorded. We were met twice with an insistence that we had not paid for something when we had - this leads to a mistrusting atmosphere that does not appear to have been the experience of Thai reviewers of this hotel on tripadvisor. The room was badly maintained, ac was barely cold, it was a struggle to slide open the shower door because the runners were broken, lighting is basic and inadequate. Housekeeping did not come and we had to request them to come and replace towels etc. Breakfast was adequate. The corridors of the hotel were full of dirty plates of room service food that had not been cleaned away, which was pretty gross. The hotel is situated on an extremely busy road with no proper pavements which felt dangerous walking along especially at night. There are a lot of food places nearby but this adds to the traffic mayhem with kids on mopeds zooming in and out, I'm used to traffic in Thailand but this felt really hectic. I would recommend skipping this place and staying in the old town if possible which was quieter at night when we were there.

A Wonderful/Choice Hotel in Songkla.
Reviewed By Mark DWhen visiting Hat Yai, and/or Songkla it is very easy to "loose one's way" (especially as many road signs are writtent in Thai script") when driving to various "local attractions". Therefore, "LOCATION" is very important to many travelers... and, this apartment hotel has a "super location. When driving up from Malaysia, it is very easy to find... and once at this hotel one is surrounded by "local places" to eat. Reaching Songkla's long, sandy beaches is very easy (by car)... as is reaching many other attractions in both cities (which are very spread out)! The facilities at the hotel are what one would expect at a much more expensive hotel. These in include: high speed, free internet, free, secure parking, large, clean, well appointed rooms with TV, a wonderful buffet breakfast (which is constantly replenished), free, "24/7", tasty, specialty coffees and other drinks, and helpful employees. It is indeed, a wonderful "boutique hotel" to which we will definitely return! I hope that this (somewhat detailed) Review has been helpful.

One of the best showers ever. The location is good. Close to the lake side restaurants in the old town and 2 km from the beach. We loved being in the hotel.

Pretty average for the price
Reviewed By J4939HJmichaelpI spent one night here as part of my 2022 north-south road trip. At a walk in rate of 750 THB it is pretty average as budget hotels go. The negative reviews here are pretty accurate: the rooms are well-worn, dated and require maintenance and a thorough cleaning. On a positive note: the hot water, air-conditioning, refrigerator worked fine and there were some English Language channels on the television. The room had a water boiler so that was a plus. There is ample parking for those who self-drive. Good enough for a one night stay.

My gentle longings for love, life and adventure were rekindled in this magical place. It is a place for soul searching and self re-discovery. The owner is full of humility and grace. He reminds me of a long lost uncle of sorts. Full of wisdom, and colorful life experience. An architect by trade, he structured the Hostel to feel like a serene, meditative home-away-from-home. After staying for more than 10 days, I've fallen in love with the atmosphere of Songkhla, the small town vibes, and this hostel.

Reasonably sized and relatively clean rooms, excellent bath and shower. Disappointing Breakfast. Super location - equidistant to both beach and OldTown. Local transportation readibly available.
