Outstanding Hotel and Exceptional Hospitality
Reviewed By JPorciniI recently spent much of the month of July traveling through Italy. Of the eight hotels I stayed at, the Ritterhof rises to the very top of the list. The hospitality of the Oberhofer family and the entire Ritterhof team was truly exceptional. When we arrived after a long day of driving, we were offered a glass of Prosecco. Only a few hours later we enjoyed an excellent multi-course meal that included an assortment of delicious barbecued meats. Upon checking-out of the hotel, we were given a bottle of grappa. Our spacious room included a deck with a view of awe-inspiring mountains. Also, I kind of wish I could transport that ultra-comfortable bed back home. As others have mentioned, the location is within walking distance of the cable car and ideal for exploring the surrounding area. I hope to be lucky enough to return to Ritterhof one day. I also hope that in the coming years, more Americans consider staying there and experiencing the top-notch hospitality for themselves.

Perfect base for hiking in Alpes di Suisi
Reviewed By CHG3270Our family of five from Australia LOVED staying in this hotel. A family room with a loft bedroom and spectacular views accommodated us. The food and service were amazing. Our kids loved the pastries provided mid afternoon and we enjoyed an aperitif on the verandah in the afternoon sun. Outdoor facilities were superb - we made full use of the pools, spa, sauna, games area and multiple sun lounges scattered around the grounds. In researching our holiday from Australia, I found it hard to identify the best location to stay in to do day walks with our family in the Alpes di Suisi. We hit on a gem with Siusi and this hotel. A short walk to the cable car proved perfect. We trained to Bolzano/Bozen then the hotel arranged a taxi bus to transport us to the hotel but you could also take a local bus or drive quite easily. The hotel and town are much more German in nature than Italian, so very organised and clean. My only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer than two nights. I hope to return in the future.

Reviewed By PkochOur first visit here but not the last. We will return next year for another golf holiday. We had an offer for three rounds of golf, three nights in the Hotel with halfboard. We had a really nice room with a balcony that overlooked the golfcourse, hole 1 & 18 and the pracrice grounds. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, the staff is so freindly and makes you fell very welcome and look after you from arrivel to departure. The Hotel and the Golf is very well connected and their is a very good atmosphere and feeling from the members and it made me feel at home straight away. There is a wellness department in the basement with sauna and steambath and there is free water and tea for you to enjoy. There are sunbeds outside and towels, and as the weather was really good during our stay we were sunbathing every afternoon after our round of golf and lunch. The breakfast was really good, startsfrm 07.30 am. Juice, youghurt, fruit, cerial, boiled egg, various bread, rolls and cakes. Cheese, ham, salumi and various jams all on a buffet for you to enjoy. We loved it here.

A true alpine experience

The hotel is at the end of a road, in the middle of the wood, quite far from the village, which can be reached both by car and bus, or with a 30 minutes walk. The food is amazing, with some original dishes and has a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. There are many activities (both for free or for a fee), for kids and adults. They have just added an outdoor sauna and most of the rooms have been renovated. It has a retro vibe with many cozy rooms with antique furniture and a fire place room. Very well kept and clean. The staff is nice and attentive.

What a wonderful place to stay
Reviewed By GuideVenturousWe had a wonderful stay at Paula Wiesinger Apartments & Suites. Our apartment was spacious and had its own kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. We didn’t, because there are some nice local restaurants nearby and we really enjoyed the one that the lovely receptionist recommended. The hotel has a beautiful spa and relax area including tea and snacks, plus we really appreciated being able to use the laundry area and wash our clothes. In the afternoon they served an aperitivo (tasty snacks, at no added cost!), such a nice idea. Our favorite part was starting each day with breakfast - it was incredible quality with so many things to choose from! Make sure to also check their egg menu (we highly recommend the Hans sandwich). So yummy! For anyone visiting the Seiser Alm this is the absolute perfect place to stay!

The good sized room and bathroom very clean and proper. Excellent location at the foot of the Sciliar, a private park and swimming pool. Fabulous hotel next to the slopes

Service is all encompassing, from a fabulous room where everything was considered: large, beautiful wooden furniture, nice bathrooms, lovely teas, comfy beds...a spa area with pretty relaxation rooms, several saunas (one in the garden), a heated pool, so that you can swim under the stars, delicious, healthy breakfasts and sumptous 5 course evening meals with fantastic wines. A shuttle bus to Seiser Alm (skiing) stops in front of the hotel. The owner's family is always there, providing efficient, discreet and caring service. We will be back as soon as we can!

Fantastic Ski Week
Reviewed By Adam PWe had a fantastic 7-night stay at Artnatur. The room was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 children) with a separate sleeping area for them. We ate like kings as the food was superb. Our kids loved the playroom and the pool. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating in many respects (from extra diners to hospital directions). The hotel itself is perfectly located by the ski bus stop or a 15/20 minute walk to the gondola, with a small supermarket, bakery and buther's very nearby. The garage parking was also very useful. We couldn't ask for more quite frankly and I can't praise the owners and the staff enough. We hope to return.
