Reviewed By tubnann1Six of us stayed for a week at the Villa Blanca. It was a wonderful experience! Only a three black walk to the beach, the Villa Blanca is a wonderful tropical retreat. The pool area has trees and birds and even iguanas. Never a problem getting a chaise lounge and the drink service from the wonderful staff was impeccable. Sitting out on our poolside veranda in the mornings drinking coffee was so relaxing and beautiful. We partook of the warning breakfast only one time and it was delicious. However we did enjoy the afternoon snack menu and the amazing cheeseburgers, club sandwiches and wings. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. We asked for an extra coffee per day and are housekeeping staff provided that happily. The only complaint was that the pool water was like a hot tub. We left daily to go either swim in the ocean or go to Clio's Beach club for cool refreshing water. If only some sort of cooling system could be set up for the pool, we would definitely return! Thank you to Hugo and all of the staff for an absolutely wonderful week!

En más de una ocasión he tenido la oportunidad de quedarme en Hotel Cruzanta y el trato de su personal así como la seguridad que ofrece el hotel siempre ha sido un factor por el cual me seguiré quedando. Las instalaciones están muy limpias, y en excelente estado de conservación (todo casi nuevo). La habitación tipo Suite de la cual escribo tiene 1 cama king size y 1 cama individual con frigobar, y hasta Jacuzzi (el único hotel conocido económico que tiene Jacuzzi). La ubicación es perfecta si quieres alejarte del ruido de los autos y el turismo, y si quieres disfrutar completamente de la paz que ofrece Huatulco. La Bahía de Chahue está a 10 minutos caminando y 3 minutos en taxi (el hotel te puede pedir uno si gustas). La Bahía principal de Santa Cruz (donde está el embarcadero para los tours y el mercado de artesanías) está a sólo 7 minutos en taxi. Puedes llegar al centro de "La Crucesita" caminando y te queda a tan sólo 18 minutos, o en automóvil y/o taxi en 3 minutos (quizás 4 o 5 min. porque el semáforo quita tiempo). Si ves el hotel en maps o en tu GPS tal vez te parezca un poco lejano, pero considerando que Huatulco es súper seguro y algo pequeño no dudes en considerar éste hotel como una excelente opción de hospedaje en Huatulco.

Amazing hotel
Reviewed By Gabriela33132I was hesitant to go to this hotel but i was greatly surprised. I found out that they recently changed administration and I had a great experience. The view from the rooms is incredible, the hotel clean and great food. Highly recommend to stay there if you visit Huatulco

El Hotel D´ Abril, un hotel familiar, ubicado a 50 metros de la bahía de Santa Cruz y a unos metros del embarcadero principal. El Hotel D´Abril, ofrece al público 27 habitaciones confortables, todas equipadas con aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, tv con servicio de sky, estacionamiento y wi-fi , alberca con chapoteadero.
Fighting Roosters
Reviewed By michaelgD2367YXI just left this hotel because they are housing fighting roosters in one of the rooms. After lying, and trying to blame it on the 80 year old neighbor, they finally admitted that the roosters would be gone before night time. That makes me feel SO much better. I guess the big fight is tonight. For $60.00 USD (1200 MXN), you can find cheaper hotels that don't support cockfighting by housing the roosters, then lying to your face when you question them about it.
