Reviewed By andgagtripWe've choose this hotel because we think it was beachfront and for the facilities for the playground for the babies. Unfortunately all the facilities for babies were abandoned and very dirty (also full of spider net and nest). Even the balcony was not cleaned. During the breakfast we have to hold our small baby on our lap because they have only one seat for baby that has to shared with all customers. Despite the pictures and the information on booking web sites the property is not beachfront.

Il casale, oltre a vantare una posizione incantevole con vista sul lago, è molto curato e ben tenuto, così come le camere, peraltro molto pulite. Colazione abbondante, con torte fatte in casa. Nostro figlio è celiaco e per lui è stata preparata anche una gustosa torta senza glutine, molto gradita. Cortesia, disponibilità, attenzione, ci hanno fatto trascorrere un soggiorno sereno. Torneremo, magari in stagione più calda per poter sfruttare l’incantevole piscina panoramica.

Reviewed By suewarnock1This is a great place, located on the side of the hilltop overlooking Lake Trasimeno it has spectacular views over the lake and islands. We were treated to stunning sunsets and a fantastic bird display in the evenings. Can't always guarantee either of those of course but we were lucky. Friendly owners and clean and tidy apartments. It's a bit of a treck back up if you venture out in the evenings, and you'll need a torch to get back up safely. But it does burn off a few of the calories consumed. Its got a good pool too, although if there was one thing I could change about this destination it would be that the pool was slightly heated. It was very cold, I did manage to get in most days for a swim though.

Reviewed By Clare MStayed here for 3 days in our campervan. We all wanted longer. Right on the lake front, laid-back and friendly management. Just off-season so had the place nearly to ourselves. Nice restaurant (we just got drinks there, didn’t eat), free table-football table. Lovely, clean, deep, large pool with oodles of loungers and umbrellas. Exceptionally clean bathrooms. They let us use their washing machine for a couple of euros which was very handy. Lots of trees to sling a hammock. Small town with restaurants and gelataria (open in afternoon - seemed popular and small supermarket just a stroll away. Great break. Too short. Would go back. Cost us 27 Euros a night including electricity. Every other place we looked at for that time was between 4 and 70 - so exceptionally good value

Reviewed By tizianobuffaMerita 10 stelle....Personale gentilissimo, abbiamo lasciato proprio stamani la casa e non nego che le lacrime mi sono scese, se cerate relax e tranquillità questo è il posto giusto, pulizia al top, ha tutti i confort, come lavastoviglie, aria condizionata in camera e sala, lo consiglio vivamente, ha parcheggio interno e piscina in giardino, mi mancherà anche la signora anziana che la mattina da il buongiorno, il prossimo anno torno sicuramente, ottimo per vedere il tramonto sul lago
