January is a low season month for this area, hotel room was clean and quiet, heating was working and bed comfortable. wi fi just sufficient to download emails, not much else. definitely not big complains. the restaurant attached is so so, but is very convenient since other options you have to drive.

Reviewed By Roving146447Perfect family stay - swimming pool and beach perfect are for famielies. Beach is 200 m from the apartment, only you have to pay every day for beach umbrella. Venice is just 40 min by car, so you have to do the trip.

An old, tired, run-down motel, noisy and unappealing - Avoid it!

It's wedged between a busy highway and a railroad line, there are no "quiet rooms". Wi-Fi did not work, the controls for heating in both the room and the bathroom were broken, meaning no heat or air conditioning was possible. The room had all the charm & atmosphere of a county jail cell. Breakfast consisted of nothing but pre-packaged items of unknown age & origin. Avoid this place, it would be difficult to find worse.

I would like stay there for longer. Staff speaks english. Good localisation for holidays and visiting Italy.

Amazing experience for kids (4 & 8 y.o.) and for their parents
Reviewed By Anastasia EI had no prior experience of camping sites in Europe, I always thought that camping is in tents only :), so I was surprised to see everything that is needed available on the camping site: a neat house with A/C (we had a Happy Camp Plus house with 3 bedrooms), white clean sheets on beds, all the kitchen appliances, toilet/showers, terrace for the house. And it was 20 meters away from the beach, how much better can it get? A great supermarket is right on the camp site. The best swimming pool I've ever seen with a slide, sprinkles, a soft surface so kids can't hurt themselves, ideal! We were also very very pleased with the animation team, huge thanks to everyone on the team: Sofia, Emelie, Nicol, Alessandra, Dan, Paul. We really enjoyed all the dances, my kids and myself, we learnt the moves and now are dancing all the time and thinking of everyone :) We also enjoyed the show once a week, great effort! And other activities like aquagym, stretching, dancing on the beach, near the pool. This really made the experience unforgettable. (the only recommendation is to either have a set schedule for a week that we can know in advance, or have some notification system (e.g., updated on the website, or a whatsapp group for all who actively participates in activities, etc), so that we know right away which place to go to for the activities of the day. The camp is a great option for families who want to be closer to nature (outside everyday), close to the beach, come with multiple families and stay in individual houses but always meet in common places. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family and ready to go there each year :) Anastasia + Maria (8 y.o.) + Emma (4 y.o.).

Poor service...dined at the restaurant
Reviewed By GabbianoJNever actually stayed at the hotel, only dined whilst visiting, very disappointed with the service, very slow, young staff who's efforts or lack of, made the appear that they couldn't wait for the season to finish, to collect their last wage packets and return to their studies! There were no condiments on the table, ordered wine and drink immediately that took too long to arrive, whilst the food was great, the mussels arrived only tepid and not particularly hot, not side plates were put at the table whilst waiting for the starters to arrive, one of the group had Bream, it was served with the head intact and not attempt was made to clean it at the table, usually we have found in Italy that the waiters will then clean the fish removing the skin and bones whilst at the table. Earlier in the day I purchased a bottle of beer from the bar whilst passing to take away with me, I was charged 15 Euros for a 75cl bottle....the producer seems the same bottle to the public at 8.30 Euros, was a little disappointed about this....even more so when I discovered the very same beer on the menu for 13 Euros.....so it would have been cheaper for me to park my sandy body on their terrace and dirty their glasses for them to wash afterwards!! Also on the menu the price for "Coperto" was 1.50/2.50 Euros per person...without an explanation as to why...this would depend upon what? A real shame....the food was good but the service was very amateur! My value "score" will obviously be based upon the level of service. the meals averaged around 45 Euros per person, starters, main and drinks.

With umbrellas, sun beds and hot water showers and a swimming pool reserved for children. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the Snack-Bar with ice cream parlor, pizzeria and cold drinks. The sports island and the playground covers an area of over 3 hectares. There are tennis courts, football field, archery, and animation activities for children. Private beach, equipped with bar, umbrellas, sunbeds, cabins, showers, children's games, beach tennis courts, beach volleyball and many other services. 800 meters from the village. Free shuttle bus !!
Fabilia = Favolosa/ Fabelhaft/ Fabulous!

In particular the shows of the fabulous Italian choreographer Giorgio Zecchi, which he created for Fabilia exclusively. Top top top! Thanks to the loving, caring and fun Kids‘ Club: Frederica, Georgia, Francesco, Valentina, Deborah and and and... Thanks to Emily for fantastic photography and her special moves at the pool (!!!) and her equally impressive partners in the sporting department of animation. Stephan, who was never ever lost for words, and his partner in humor, the unmistakable Francesco Preci! A true entertainer, who will tirelessly even get the most lethargic crowd on it‘s feet dancing and cheering. Incredibile! We were also very well looked after by the friendly dynamic young staff at the restaurant/ pool bar/ beach and enjoyed the most delicious dishes in all inclusive style. All drinks also included 24/7! If you arrive by night, you will meet the always calm, friendly and helpful Daniel Miranda, who not only makes your arrival as pleasant, as possible, but also helps with the luggage and organises extra cushions if needed. To be greeted by his dog, Spikey, was an extra! To encapsulate it all at the end: The head of restaurant will blow up one‘s child‘s water-toy by himself if the pump is not available! Now, that is the kind of hospitality and friendliness which is special and unlike any other. Treat yourself to a fantastic holiday and visit Fabilia Rosolina Mare..... As I just realised that this sounds like an advertisement, you should know that I am not instructed by Fabilia and you would not believe that we had complaints at the very beginning. All wiped away! It is as simple: Special people make a special place!
