Reviewed By ArnlodRedSpent 5 nights here on business in the local area.(November 2020) Quite easy to find (i drove from the UK) , well signposted from the main highway. Good parking and fast precise check in. The room was on the 2nd floor , very spacious , with 2 single beds. Room was spotless, bed comfy and the shower was excellent . In this day and age WiFi is a big consideration at a hotel , here the WiFi was 10/10. I ate breakfast every morning , a wide selection on display , excellent coffee as usual . The evening meal menu was reduced due to covid , but the food was EXCELLENT . I checked out on the friday night for a very early start back to the UK . The staff were excellent , i would most certainly stay here again , and highly recommend this hotel CIAO !!

A nursing home...NOT a spa/hotel
Reviewed By sunriseskyblueWhat an absolutely awful hotel this is from start to finish! Not a hotel - more like a nursing home. The hotel photos in no way reflect the reality of this place There are no facilities in the room - no WiFi, kettle, water, tea/coffee, TV, fridge. The slippers in the room in the bag were dirty and had been used by the previous occupant. The bathroom floor wasnt cleaned during my 6 night stay. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Reception addressed me as "Mrs", no surname, just Mrs, and the breakfast staff told my companion and I that they didn't clear plates from the veranda outside the breakfast room as they weren't paid to clear up there so we would have to take the plates to the kitchen ourselves. There is nothing remotely spa like about this hotel. Its just awful. I would hazard a guess that they are struggling for money as the thermal water spring has dried up and everyone now is using the spa in Levico. (The reception told us when we asked for some water in the room to drink it out of the tap as it is spa water but we found out later that is a lie - its just the corporation water out of the pipe. Nothing special there. They also say on the website everything is grown locally. Not judging by the lorry shipping in all the boxes of food! Weirdly no recent TripAdvisor reviews to warm people of this place. Avoid like the plague!

Dalla terrazza il panorama è suggestivo, vedi tutta la valle e le montagne intorno, un luogo ideale per ricaricarsi dopo una settimana di lavoro. Il B&B è vicino ad Arte Sella (assolutamente da visitare!) e al lago di Levico (consiglio a tutti di fare la passeggiata che circonda il lago). inoltre è possibile raggiungere in breve tempo sentieri che ti portano in alta montagna. I gestori della struttura sono gentili e accoglienti, disponibili a dare tutte le informazioni per rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Ottima la prima colazione. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, compresa la nostra anziana cagnona. Ci torneremo!

Reviewed By Torstein33Nice and quiet with view over the valley. Large and clean room, fantastic food and very frendly staff. Vefy interesting history around the building and the area. A good experience and very good value for money, we hope to come back.
