Nice apartment for family and friends
Reviewed By Dmitry KWe lived for 2 weeks in ground floor apartment. The small garden is very nice. Some people crossing near and make photos near the blooming tree. The apartment is comfortable for a family or friends. The living room with kitchen and some kitchen stuff. In living room there are the couch for two persons and two separate beds in bedroom. Air conditioner only in the living room so it will be not very comfortable in the night if you set low temperature. Twice a week we asked hotel stuff to clean rooms. All the staff are very polite. Sometimes people thought that we a reception of the hotel. It's not bothering, some of them trying to enter and we locks the gate lots of time. Small shop (Supermarket lux) are very close. The breakfast served in restaurant Porat near (about 50 meters) from the gate.

The owners Merko and his brother are wonderful hosts...they went above and beyond whenever we had requests for extra services as did their staff. We will be back next year !!!!!

Все организовывали на высшем уровне. От организации трансфера, до бытовых вопросов. Жили в 2-х комнатных апартаментах и в апартаментах - студио. Потрясающий вид с обоих апартаментов. В 2-х комнатных апартаментах - большая, уютная терраса плюс балкон со спальни во внутренний дворик. Просторные, чистые, со всем необходимым оборудованием для комфортного проживания. Фото апартаментов на booking.com полностью соответствуют действительности. Прекрасное месторасположение. Возле апартаментов множество ресторанов и кафе, магазинов, супермаркет. Рядом - аренда машин, экскурсии. В 350 м в одну и в другую сторону находятся пляжи (направо - пляж Рафаиловичи, налево - не большой живописный пляж, дальше через туннель пляж Каменово). На платных частях пляжей, вход в море - мелкая галька. Если идти по набережной, в сторону каменного пляжа, по утрам с машины продают свежую рыбу, креветки, мидии. Всем рекомендую посетить апартаменты Paradiso!

Great stay in cute fisherman’s village
Reviewed By RMDTravellerFrom 12 - 26 Aug 2021 we stayed in this hotel in a small village approximately 30min drive from Tivat Airport - Montenegro. As we traveled during the Corona Pandemic, some restrictions were still in effect like, everyone except Balkan-countries, EU and Swiss passport holders need a negative PCR test not older then 72 hrs to enter Montenegro. Summary: The room was spacious with 35m2 and a decent size balcony overlooking the bay. The bed was great, the 2 pillows offered were perfect for finding the right sleeping positions. The bathroom was good, the cleaning of the room was moderate. The numbers: -Price/Quality: 3.5*** of 5***** (~2450€ per 14 nights) -Price: $$$1/2 of $$$$$ -Quality: 4**** of 5 -Service at Reception: 3.5*** of 5 -Service Overall: 4**** of 5 -Services Breakfast: 4**** the choice isn’t as varied as they have you believe it is. Service was a la Carte, our waiter Nemanja managed to make everything exceptional. -Wheelchair Accessible: to hotel lobby seems inaccessible (we saw only stairs) otherwise 4**** (elevator) -Overall rating: 4**** we had a great stay and really appreciated the larger rooms and the balcony with bay view. The Breakfast The breakfast was from 08:00 - 11:00 and consisted of an a-la-Carte service which was every day the same, and as we stayed 14-days it got a bit boring, our waiter Nemanja did make various suggestions and went out of his way to come up with variations and he always remembers our drink orders and had upon spotting us already prepared our first coffees and made the start of the day always a pleasure. The Restaurant It came with a 10% discount for guests of the hotel, we dined only once there. The set up was the same as the breakfast area outside but lacked ambiance and except for the Georgian wine which was excellent the diner was so so, it lacked flavor for a cuisine which was described as Michelin Star quality. We would recommend you to go to Restaurant Porat 1min walk away from the hotel. The Room We stayed in room 301-3rd floor. Very spacious 35m2 and with a nice balcony overlooking the bay area and village beach and small town center. The bed was great and comfy and the pillows firm and soft. The internet was medium-good it was working well in the room and almost perfect on the balcony. The room provide a good closet, plenty space, 6 hangers for clothes, 2 bath ropes, 2 pairs room slippers, large TV and reading chair and separate work desk. Iron and iron board were available in the closet and a safe as well. The Bathroom The shower was great, there were 2 types; 1 rain-shower and 1 wall shower which could be detached for hair washing. The sink was large and provided plenty space, there were all amenities and a blow dryer. Best beach close by was Kamenovo Beach approx. 10min walk from hotel (take a left when exiting the hotel). Not the first beach you see when you walk from the left, you should pass the tunnel… We would come again to this village!

Reviewed By Evgeniya MБыли в этом мини-отеле в апреле 2018 года,погода уже хорошая, но купаться рано, так как еще не сезон, то и стоило размещение копейки и отдыхающих было мало, обошлось нам проживание за семью (я, муж и ребенок 3 лет) за 10 дней 12 т.р. вместе с тур.налогом. Наши апартаменты были расположены на 3 этаже (всего 3 этажа), на этаже по 4 комнаты. Апартаменты включали в себя одну большую светлую комнату, совмещены спальня и мини-кухня, отдельный сан.узел (унитаз, раковина, душевая кабина), мыло, туалетная бумага, горячая вода, фен, белые полотенца 5 штук (меняли раз в два дня). Просторный балкон со столиком и креслами (все пластиковое), шикарный вид на море. Также из мебели маленькая плита, эл. чайник, кухонный шкаф со всей необходимой посудой, раковина для мытья посуды с моющим средством и губкой, стол и три табурета, маленький холодильник, шкаф для продуктов, стол с телевизором (телевизор старый и каналы местные, вообще не пользовались), две кровати, огромная двуспальная и однушка, шкаф для одежды, кондиционер, две прикороватные тумбочки. Очень приветливая управляющая Настасья, хозяйка тоже очень дружелюбная (видились один раз). В комнате ежедневная уборка, даже посуду мыли. Вот только постельное белье почему то не меняли, вообще. Бесплатный вай-фай, пароль дали при заселении вместе с ключом. По приезду Настя сама съездила в Будву и нас зарегистрировала и оплатила тур.налог (за детей не берут плату). Если договориться заранее вас могут встретить в аэропорту, мы добрались своим ходом на арендованной машине и в принципе быстро нашли отель, ориентировались на отель The Queen of Montenegro и проехать до след поворота и вот они Apartments Kuljaca. На углу у отеля The Queen of Montenegro есть магазин со всем необходимым. До пляжа прогуливались пешком, минут 15 не спеша, правда приходилось переходить через оживленную дорогу. Пляж хороший, но если пройти по берегу в право, ближе к церкви Св. Тома, там вообще супер, есть небольшая детская площадка и уличное кафе, родители сидят за столом, а дети спокойно под боком играют в песке. Что касается кафе, ориентировалась на Гугл мапс, сильно на него не надейтесь, например хоть и написано, что ресторан Atlantic работает, его там уже точно нет, на его месте ведется большая стройка. Ресторан Acd Restaurant в Рафаиловичах тоже закрыт, выставлен на продажу. У все кафе/ресторанов вдоль побережья от Бечичи до Рафаиловичи весьма высокий ценник, можно заглянуть разок другой, но для постоянного питания дороговата выходит. Нам понравилось место, на карте его почему то нет, находится на пляже у церкви St Thomas Church, кафе с одноименным названием, небольшое кафе внутри и летняя терраса на пляже, хорошее меню, все что заказывали все понравилось, огромные порции, вот правда с чаем беда, прям экономят, это у них везде так почему-то, черный чай днем с огнем не сыщешь. На ужин ездили в Будву в ресторан Кужина, это просто находка, невероятно вкусно и не дорого. Развлечений в этом районе нет, да мы и не рассчитывали, выбрали Бечичи только за тишину, спокойно спать по ночам, а все дни были в разъездах по городам, удобное расположение по середине побережья позволило посетить много соседних городов (посетили города Бар, Старый Бар, Ульцин, Петровац, Сутоморе, Милочер, Свети-Сьефан, Челобрдо, Будва, Тиват, Котор, Рисан, Пераст, Герцог-Нови, Каменари, Скадарское озеро и все что попадалось на пути).

Reviewed By last2leave_13We booked this apart hotel for 1 week through holiday rentals - my advice, don't bother. We had a family room that had an overwhelming smell of damp as soon as you walked in. There were 4 single beds and when you turn over in the night half the slats fall out. The bathroom was billed as the best in the hotel however the shower head was taped up with duck tape so it just sprayed directly into the wall so you needed to unhook and hold it over you to shower. The street to get to it is almost inaccessible by car and there is no parking. There is a makeshift public car park at the end of the dodgy road it's on where our rental car got keyed on the first night. We were that unimpressed we checked out a couple of nights early (despite having already paid for it) and went back across the border to Croatia where the standard of accomodation was much higher. I've stayed in hostels that were much cheaper and of a much higher standard than this. In general the area is dirty, overdeveloped and ridiculously overcrowded (though I realise we did visit in peak season) in marked contrast to the beautiful mountain interior we explored. Would not return

Reviewed By AliduyAna and colleagues are attentive, welcoming and friendly. Superb home cooked breakfast, comfortable bed with excellent bathroom facilities. Quiet location. Good balcony views plus swimming pool. Everything is spotlessly clean. Easy access to beach and restaurants, though lots of stars. Only criticism, lift does not go all the way to the parking area which is a problem with baggage.

Very poor, clearly not a 4* hotel
Reviewed By 956jelenapLocation is great, but I still cannot fathom how did this hotel get 4 stars. You have to use stairs because elevator doesn't work when you want to go downstairs. So we had to carry baby stroller and all other things down the stairs. They haven't prepared the room for arrival, the floor and table were full of crumbs and sand. There were no sheets provided beforehand for the baby. And they don't give you towels for showering, they only have small ones, so we had to use those after showering. WiFi is terrible, mostly not working, that was the most annoying thing. Will never come to this place again.

Off season visit
Reviewed By marla hIt was hard to find the hotel as we came there in the evening and the streets were dark. There is a small entrance. But the hotel looks new and the room is nice, though we had no view. It's right on the beach, which was very quiet in October. The staff was friendly but not so helpful. We found street parking, but no one could tell us if it was okay. It was fine. The restaurant seemed fancy, and the special dinner for hotel guests was unappealing. The first breakfast had no fruit or vegetables, but the next 2 days were better. Overall it's a nice place, outside of Budva, and good value.
