Located in Pinjore, Capital O 26351 Hotel Classic Residency is a classy and exotic property. It is close to tourist attractions like Gugga Mari Bitna, Hanuman Mandir, and Mercury Park. The Kalka Railway Station is close by. The reception here is classy and exquisite while the lobby has plush sofas. The rooms are spacious. They have modern decor and a seating area. The property has an in-house restaurant, a banquet hall, and conference room. The rooms here have AC, TV, king-sized beds, mini-fridge, seating area, and free internet while the bathrooms have geysers. The property also provides other facilities like CCTV security, card payment, power backup, and parking to its guests. There is an elevator and a kitchen too. Restaurants nearby include Bless Restaurant, Mummy Yummy Pizza, and Bedi Chicken. Shiva Shopping Complex and Bhagwati Commercial Complex are shopping complexes nearby.

Classic residency was one of our shortlisted properties to visit but quite low when we arranged rankwise. But somehow my gut feel said that this would be a very good choice. I spoke to Mr. Dharmender at Classic Residency and then I started contacting the other properties. Our top priority was a flawless experience and after I was finished with trying to make a booking, classic residency became my first choice. Dhamender Ji was the most cooperative manager I have ever met. I never heard him say a No(but everything comes at a cost). The package was absolutely customised as per our needs. We booked 6 super deluxe rooms. We checked In on Dec 26 and believe me, right from check in to the check out next day, everything was well taken care off. Sanitizers available all around the property. So nothing to worry The rooms were very comfortable. Every room had a sofa cum bed, which proved to be absolutely great for a big group like ours. There already was an extra blanket kept in the almirah. Towels, shampoo, body was already in place. A few small glitches were there in a room eg the flush wasn't working fine but bingo, the staff served with a smile, tried to make mends and when it could not happen within 10 minutes, changed the room with a smile. We were given more than required privacy during meals and during our drinks session. We almost had the terrace exclusively for us(there were other guests in the resort too). A few surprise inclusions like not charging for a couple of cups of tea, an extra plate of salad during a meal, the staff coming forward to serve the kids from the buffet spread just to keep us comfortable are a few out of the many things that widened our smile? A big thumbs up to one of the most dedicated hospitality teams I have come across at Classic Residency. I would definitely return back

Hotel Raunak, on the Chandigarh-Kalka highway, is a premium place that offers a warm and welcoming stay. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities that are useful for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms are spaciouss and nicely decorated with dark wood work, bright cushions, and invisible ceiling LED lights that make the room luminous. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant serving hygienic and tasty food. In addition to this, the hotel provides many other facilities such as parking facility to keep your vehicles safe and secure, banquet hall to organize various functions, seating area, and CCTV cameras. The hotel is quite close to the Jal Mahal and Singh Sabha Gurudwara, both of which are just a few minutes of drive.

But over the time ambience, interiors and the overall experience of having food at a quality restaurant has taken a beating. Dirty table covers and never cleaned seats welcome you to the restaurant which is om the first floor. Service and quality of food has remained consistently of good quality. Its a pure vegetarian restaurant and serves North & south indian delicacies apart from limited chinese and continental options. The restaurant has ample parking space and is conveniently located on the old NH connecting chandigarh to shimla. Keeping Some basic shortcomings mostly related to ambience and cleanliness, I would rate this restaurant 3/5.
