A nice relaxing clean Resort
Reviewed By Michael HWe stayed here on 28 May to 31 May 2022. A very relaxing, clean and friendly resort. We had 2 rooms across the road from the resort, which I thing are called the Villas, but not sure. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and they strictly adhere to the Covid safe plan. When attending breakfast, we all have to wear masks whilst walkig around the serving stations and everyone was issued with gloves to handle the serving spoons etc. It was good to see everyone doing this which made the whole experience more enjoyable and safer for everyone. Will be staying here again next time we are in Hua Hin.

Reviewed By royceinbangkokMy wife and I spent our Christmas here. We loved the room, we could see the beach and the bar from there. The beds was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. When the sun set, we went to the bar and ordered good cocktails.

Great large hotel for family.

The hotel is located in the less-crowded Cha-Am area, which is good. The hotel is very large with several pools. The pools had slides for both kids and adults. The bedroom had a king-size bed and a bunk bed and is located near the kids’ pool. The hotel had an Italian restaurant near the beach which only opens on weekends. Overall, the kids loved the hotel because of its large open-area and convenience to several nearby restaurants. We would definitely go back.

Lovely Property for a Getaway and Better for Kids
Reviewed By vk20122We traveled to Hua Hin / So Softel in May 2022. Weather was great and the property even better. We were first booked into the So Comfy Room with Pool Access, which is a nice large room but towards the deep end of the pool. With a young child, we upgraded to the So Lofty Room with Pool Access. The only downside of the So Lofty pool is that it does not have a separate bathroom area, with curtains separating the toilet area from the main room - it is still a really nice room, probably better for couples. The property itself is great with 3 pools, mini golf and a myriad of activities. Our daughter loved the Wibit in the main pool and spent hours on it. It is a heaven for children with the Kids Tent - the staff (I did not get their names) were absolutely brilliant at handling the children, giving parents some much needed free time. The spa was gorgeous and the food was really really good at all the restaurants in the property. Special shout out to Mr. Chandra the GM, Nicola, Chef Bhanu (who went out of his way to prepare great indian meals for our daughter), Kwon at transportation. The three days at the hotel flew by and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Reviewed By shoeless1963I'm a man of too many words but this is an easy one - Boutique. If you wanted one property that screams 'boutique' (and also class) then this is it. As noted above, we have only managed to get lunch here a couple of times and it has been wonderful - and not expensive - but we always walk the grounds which are unlike anything I've certainly ever seen before. Please do try and visit.

Today I was about to check in with a polite male reception staff but instead was interrupted by another rude and haughty woman, she vehemently insisted that all the other rooms are uncleaned except for the dysfunctional room which she has just assigned to me, which is also plunged in the middle of everything! I wanted a more conducive quiet room at the corner but she Lied that the guests have just checked out and all those quiet conducive room of my choice are totally unavailable. Except for the room 121. I am so livid! My advice to all my dear travellers, stay faraway from this hotel. It’s not worth the grief! There are many nice hotels around but this is Not.

In terms of the hotel themselves, accommodation, facilities and services, all of them meet my expectation and that's pretty good enough for me. We, me and my wife, actually spent most of our time in our room while we were staying. Our room is on the second floor with pool view. It was so comfortable and I personally like to take a nap on a daybed. The bed was so comfy too, by the way. Almost of the stuff in our room worked just fine except the speaker of TV that didn't work properly sometimes and one of the downlight lamp was broken. But we didn't mind that much. All services, spa, fitness and breakfast were good, at least it's good enough for me in kind of world situation we're having now. We didn't have a chance to use one of the highlight facilities of this hotel, the swimming pool. There was a lot of guests using it and I personally don't like to be in a crowded place, especially when it's crowded with kids. But that's totally on me, I've chosen to visit in a long weekend in Thailand which was not the right time for the people who loves the peaceful stay like me. But if you have a family with kids or love to see many people, you're gonna love it here in Thailand long weekend period. I'll definitely be here again and of course, in a right time for me.

Breakfast should improve

However, breakfast in the morning made me disappointed as the staff there mess up my order with other guests which is only 2 table in that time. Me and my mom was waiting for half and hr for my order than the staff asked me what was I order then I asked if you loss my order? They said no then came back again asked me what was I order. I do understand that some mistakes can happen but please respect my time. For other like facilities are good.
