The particular location of the complex provides a safe environment for carefree play of your children close to nature. Access to the sandy beach (180m) does not require transportation, as a 5 minute walk is enough!

Reviewed By Gabi240510Very lovely quiet holiday site, situated at 4 minutes' walk from the beach. Beautiful pool in luxurious garden with plenty of sun beds. Each house disposes of 3 lovely terraces, each with a table and 4 chairs, one of them always situated in either the sun or the shadow. The large upstair terrace offers a splendid view over the sea and, at night, at the illuminated castle. Houses and garden very clean and well entertained, houses with airco and all necessary facilities. Several barbecues at the disposal of guests in the garden. Mrs Houdis is very friendly and always ready to help. Houses ideal for single persons or couples but probably too small for bigger families. No inside sitting area other than a kitchen table with 4 chairs, which is largely compensated by the three nice terraces in the warm season but could be a problem in case of bad weather in the later autumn. Having a car will be of advantage for shopping, getting to the more distant beaches and for access to the many nice restaurants in the old picturesque centre and port area, although they can also be reached on foot. Free-of-charge parking spaces available at the site. A charming place to be recommended if you are not looking for a sophisticated palace but for an authentical welcoming place

The rooms with the view over the ocean and the building with the surrounding gardens and the pool are beautiful. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious with homemade ingredients. We had a wonderful time at Blue Horizons.

Reviewed By jenny6565I booked an apartment at Panorama and about 2 weeks before our stay I received an email stating that the room was never available. When I rang to speak to a woman called Anna she told me that she gave my booking away to another family who wanted the apartment for a longer period than I did. If you want a stress free holiday I suggest you book another place!

Reviewed By OlsinThis little house is situated next to the ring road of Skiathos town, In the afternoon, when everybody is out walking in the Papadiamantis steet, this place is within walking distance and is very easy to get to the town, Is quiet and clean, all the most needed things are in place. On top of everything is price!

Ένας εξαίρετος, εγκάρδιος και πανέξυπνος νέος, ο οποίος έχει αναλάβει αυτό το χώρο που οι παλαιότερες γενιές επίσης χρησιμοποιούσαν ως ξενώνα. 150 μόλις μέτρα από το κέντρο του Παράλιου Άστρους, μέσα στις ελιές, τις βερυκοκιές και τα διάσπαρτα κτήματα, πνιγμένα στη φύση και τις μυρωδιές, έχει διαμορφώσει έναν επίγειο παράδεισο! Καλόγουστες μεγάλες βεράντες με λουλούδια και φυτά πάντα φροντισμένα, άνετοι χώροι κι ένα εστιατόριο, τον "ΛΙΟΚΗΠΟ" που βάζει κάτω κυριολεκτικά πολλά εστιατόρια στις γύρω περιοχές. Από το σέρβις, την ευγένεια, τον επαγγελματισμό, μέχρι τις τιμές και την ποιότητα των αγαθών που προσφέρει. Τα δωμάτια στα οποία μένουμε, είναι όλα πλήρως εξοπλισμένα και καθαρά, άνετα, με μεγάλη ντουζιέρα και τζάμι, καλόγουστα είδη υγιεινής, βολικό στρώμα, κλιματισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας, τεράστια τηλεόραση νέας γενιάς. Το μπαλκόνι με τις καρέκλες και το τραπέζι του, προσφέρει σχεδόν όλη την ημέρα μια ήσυχη γωνιά στη σκιά, μέσα στην εξοχή, για περισυλλογή, διάβασμα, χαλάρωση. . It's very central, so you can easily go out in the evening and drink without worrying about driving, it's very close to the beach, and the facilities it offers are quite good for a 3-star accommodation. There might be some slightly nicer accommodations in the area but they are self-catering and the breakfast at Astros Beach Hotel is not bad. The mini suite was really nice. We will visit again.

Reviewed By Ian TAs you can tell by the heading this was our second visit, and we had the same apartment as last year, which overlooks the harbour and beach to the front, and the pedestrianised street with shops and restaurants to the rear, with both aspects having a balcony. A new king sized bed had just been delivered complete with a very comfortable coco-mat mattress. We arrived to find the apartment spotlessly clean with everything we needed. There are 2 televisions, 1 in the lounge and one in the bedroom. When the owners wanted to clean the room and change the laundry, they asked us when it could be done, as not to inconvenience us in any way. We stayed for 14 nights and during this time we cannot think of anything negative, and can only thank the owners and staff for their friendly and first class service, which made our visit very relaxing and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Reviewed By Virginiatraveling83My sister booked 5 nights at Duke apartments with the swimming pool and were told that it was 120euro per night. The place was comfortable for 6 people and clean(ish)! When they went to pay, they got charged 140 euro instead because they didn't confirm if they were 5 or 6 people staying. When the booking happened the Landlady told them it won't matter if is 5 or 6 people because is big enough to accommodate them. Obviously she changed her mind and over charge them. Make sure you have everything confirmed by email and not just words. I booked the seaside Duke Stone house. Big 3 bedroom house, comfortable for 2 families but be very careful of the ants. Lots and lots of ants which we informed the Landlady but we still end up buying ant killer spray cos we had young kids plus a baby with us and ants were everywhere. Plus the oven was not working and Landlady tried blaming us for it. She did give us a small discount but communication was poor.
