Friendly and Fine Food and Great Value
Reviewed By RobertoWaterfordWe stopped here for lunch on the Via Francigena walk and we, firstly, got a nice welcome including a smile. It is said that it takes less muscles to smile than to frown! The person in charge managed the reception area and the restaurant and made us feel at home. He spoke English, French and Italian and maybe other languages. He was very helpful in answering our questions about the choices for lunch. Most of the tables were taken by French visitors. The lunch had very good choices and the service was terrific. It was excellent value and we would return here. Go for it if you are in this area!

Ottimo appartamento a pochi passi da Aosta
Reviewed By chb1986Ho soggiornato in uno di questi appartamenti (se non sbaglio il Carlotta)insime a degli amici lo scorso week end. è un appartamento molto confortevole arredato con stile moderno e funzionevole che si affaccia sulla via principale del paese; é spazioso e distribuito su due piani con 2 balconi, l'ambiente è pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza. Ci ritornerò sicuramente! L'unica cosa da segnare per chi ha problematiche di deambulazione è che per raggiungere l'abitazione ci sono alcune rampe di scale e non c'è l'ascensore. Ma io mi sono trovato molto molto bene

Tutte le camere dello Chalet rispecchiano il tipico stile alpino, rivisto in chiave moderna, e sono rivestite perlopiù con legno antico. Spaziose ed accoglienti, tutte dotate di servizio privato con doccia, tv a schermo piatto e bollitore con prodotti di cortesia, offrono un'impareggiabile e rilassante vista sulle montagne della Valle d’Aosta. La struttura è inoltre dotata di un ristorante e di un bar oltre ad un'area relax esterna con sauna e vasca idromassaggio.
Super friendly family hotel with a super panoramic view
Reviewed By Bkb987It’s been years that we have been coming for vacation in the splendid region of Valle d’Aosta, both in summer and wintertime, but lo Chalet has been our favourite place so far. Nice, cozy small hotel, managed by a very professional, friendly and helpful family, they are always there at their clients’ disposal. Our room was comfortable, and there is a very nice mountain atmosphere all around in the hotel thanks to the wooden equipment and signor Roberto’s own carving works :-). The place’s kitchen is excellent, especially for tasing typical local cuisine and good wines of the region. On the terrace, just sitting in the jakuzzi under the sky you can admire the view of the beautiful mountains or a super starry sky. (The Astronomical Observatory of Saint Barthelemy is just right behind. A must for starry sky fans!) The position of the hotel (and of Lignan/Saint Barthelemy) is excellent for hikes in the summer, snowshoeing walks or cross-country skiing in the winter. Perfect style, perfect position, perfect services for a perfect mountain holiday in a quiet, relaxing place, mainly for couples or families. We will definitely come back soon, and also send our friends here!!!

Reviewed By janie286Stayed here with school ski trip for a week. Room was clean and comfortable. Most rooms being renovated to good standard. Showers were always warm and powerful even with 40 students returning from days ski! Lovely indoor pool. Welcoming host and very helpful.

Great place to stay
Reviewed By VegieplotStayed here for a couple of nights whilst travelling through France and Italy - great place to stay, had a real mix of weather but very warm greeting inside, great meals in the evenings and breakfast. Wine very good - great to look at the mountains drinking the wine from the vineyard below. Rooms comfy and very quiet. Slightly difficult to find, but got there in the end, would definitely recommend Owners don’t speak any English, but ok with French - so you may need google translate !

Apartments recently renovated in mountain style, located in the village of Nus alongside the prestigious restaurant-farm holiday " Agriturismo MAISON ROSSET. " Thanks to its central position in the Aosta Valley turns out to be close to: Spa / Casino St. Vincent, Fenis Castle, Astronomical Observatory of St. Barthelemy, Quart Castle, Castle Gamba and many sites of historical interest. It's also close to the roman city Aosta. It is also not far from the majority of the most prestigious ski resorts in the region (Pila cable 10 min by car, St. Barthelemy nordic ski 15 min, Torgnon sky and snow park 20 min, Cervinia-Valtournenche 40 min), ideal for walking and hiking in summer. We are conventionated with the thermal center " Terme di Pre St. Didier "

Piacevolissima esperienza!!!
Reviewed By mattel2013Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti presso Le Joli Rosier a Nus. Deliziosa la proprietaria, come del resto le sue torte fatte in casa! :) Alloggio molto accogliente, pulito e spazioso, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Meglio di così non potevamo stare, ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
