Reviewed By 696toddsI stayed at the Hotel Serenti for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very kind. The hotel is very clean and practical, and the rooms have many amenities. Bottled water, tea kettle, coffee and tea, fridge, good bathroom toiletries. There is also a microwave and ice machine in the stairwell area. Parking is very convenient. The best thing is the location. You can easily walk to the American Memorial Park, Micro Beach, etc. There is also an ABC store and grocery store just a short walk up the street. I will stay here again the next time I am in Saipan!

Reviewed By marymU5784HISurfrider-Ride right past Im a nurse who came to vaccinate Saipan for a 4 week contract working 6/7 days 10 hour shifts- Having a clean comfortable hotel is a necessity- picturesque ocean access a BIG plus. Surf rider is a small building with a Great harvest bakery on the grounds and ocean front dining. For the 1st week it was lovely (other than a broken ice machine and someone’s clothing left in the closet) .I was told at check in I could stay on the 4th floor until a special event for 4 days and I would have to move to another wing until the wedding festivities were over. I was moved to another wing which seemed unused and hot. The 1st room I was given after the move had bugs on the bed and desk and I was moved down the hall- with a view facing a wall and tank. Either the staff made an error, or it was supposed to be some sort of concelation prize-a fruit basket appeared in my room and when I opened it the fruit was rotting- the oranges were moldy blue and the scent of rotting fruit very powerful.(see attached) Heres the thing- I travel a lot and its not unusual for things to go wrong- its what the business does to correct the wrong that makes the difference between a 2 and a 5 rating. I asked the manager to contact me when the insect problem arose, and they never did- NO one is going to sleep in a bed with bugs on the covers! I spent 17 nights in a place where I was treated as a version of second-class- the ocean view rooms appeared unused after the wedding( turns out it was Bob the owners nuptials) . I asked specifically for a bathtub room and that was only present in the ocean facing rooms-there was no explanation why I couldn’t move back to the 4th floor and working 10 hour shifts with every Sunday off didn’t give me a lot of time to chat. Surf Rider has the potential to be unique -but I am disappointed not to be able to recommend it.

Reviewed By Destination810923女性専用ドミを利用。２段ベッドが２つで４人一部屋。アメニティはバスタオルのみ。共同冷蔵庫、レンジ、ウォーターサーバー（冷水、温水）あり。トイレとシャワーは一つのみ。（シャワー室に大きなシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、石鹸あり）部屋にはエアコン、ドレッサー、無料ロッカー、一人２口使えるコンセントあり、各ベッドにライトありですごく快適。スタッフも親切。チェックアウトは１２時だったが、空港シャトルが１４時過ぎ発だった為、荷物を置かせてもらえるか聞いたら、「今日は予約が入っていないから、14時まで部屋を使っていいよ」と言ってもらえた。ハイアットリージェンシー傍にあり、立地も最高。一人旅なら次回もここにする。

Ok hotel unless you need assistance with anything
Reviewed By ebanayatThe staff is nice enough but if you need help with anything, GOOD LUCK! The front dest isn’t staffed all the time. It’s 8 pm on Sunday night and there isn’t anyone at the front desk. I’ve experienced this issue when off island trying to call at different times during the night and day and the phone just rings. I have questions about the internet and there’s no one around. I spoke to someone at the restaurant and was told someone might be at the desk at 11pm. Not acceptable for your business traveler. Book at your own risk!

The owners MJ and Irma are so kind and accommodating and really pay attention to the details and focus on the satisfaction of the guests and making you feel welcome! The room and all of the facilities were spotlessly clean, comfortable and inviting. Chef prepared to order breakfast is offered in the morning so you can enjoy starting your day in a cute dining area just steps from the ocean. Even if this is a few miles away from the village of Garapan, I found that it was truly worth the short drive and MJ and Irma will treat you like family. This is my go to hotel in Saipan!

Reviewed By S.Y. Summer LI stayed in Saipan for 2 weeks during the Easter holidays and I stayed in Himawari. It’s a twin bed room. The room was neat and tidy. They have a Bathtub in the bathroom but the water tap was a bit rusted. It’s ok to me as it still worked well. A terrace is included in the room. Not much view but it’s good for me to hang my dive gears. Everything is good in the room but the tap water is a bit salted. I guess this is normal in Saipan? I like the mini supermarket at the 1/F. U can buy almost everything u need there and the price is the same from the other stores on the streets. And the lunch box is very yummy. Many locals come here for breakfast everyday. Himawari is definitely a good choice for stay. Not luxury. But still simple,clean and tidy.

Reviewed By alfa_x99It is good for the price. Dont expect too mutch, but it is decent. I was suppriced by the stuly and the size of my room, much bigger than I expected. The AC was good, what is important in the summer heat. And free parking.
