Excellent small and friendly hotel
Reviewed By Huw DWe have just spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and relaxing. The rooms and all communal areas were spotlessly clean. Our room was a good size and had a view towards the sea. There's a very pleasant outdoor bar where you can enjoy a drink while watching the sun go down. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Beeakfast was a buffet which was very good, and evening meals were fine, especially the fish options. We can also recommend the spa, we had a Mediterranean package of treatments provided by Melanie who was excellent. There is a beach nearby (about 5-10 mins walk or shuttle bus), the hotel has an area with a beach bar, beds, etc which is very good too. All in all a great place to stay.

Good ressort, good management, nice people

Nice ressort, it was two weeks before the grand opening during the corona crisis in spring 2020, so everything was a little bit unprepared but still very good. The management is very helpful and took care of our needs very quickly. A few little things could be done better, for example a little bit more love to the details, but this was probably because the season did not yet start normally. Overall very enjoyable and very recommendable. A nice town 2km away with bakery, supermarkets and good restaurants. Renting a car is recommended.

Bad place, unhappy crew
Reviewed By Sgabi76The manager of the place is one lady, we had bad experience with her. We stayed 2 nights, and run away as soon as possible in the morning of the 2nd day. She asked for breakfast some extra money....she said "you've bought the possiblity to have breakfast". Without asking, she touched my mobile directly with hands (no gloves), to check the receipt of my booking: unbelievable. I strongly recommend to not go there, for the followings: - room was not so clean, birds'escrements in the balcony not cleaned; - WiFi is NoT available at all - it is clear that the manager is only searching for some euros more, without the hospitality to be given to tourist especially during Corona virus time. There are so many beautiful places around Nea Skioni, Loutra, Mola Kaliva instead of this, beware.

Truly the animation and de guys from the sport boat made my vacation extra extra good. A good value for the resort i think they need people like them. The singing chef ( my god realy good voice) was also a Suprise and came every day asking how the food was. I will return and share this with my friends and family to must visite the hotel for the kindess of your staff? again the extra credit goes to animation and sports Also cleaning team did good job! Give your wals a little painting also little details to make hotel better because the building when you drive direction parking you see like cheap hotel, you have good staf but upgrade a little because you can see its old wals , doors, by the pool also brik looking old. Also give communication to the people better take shoes to the sea because gras feels like neeld en sea to rocky but with swim shoes oooh you wil Enjoy. Kind regards.

Perfect location and host

The location is super central and the beach is on their doorstep. The marina is directly in front of them and is so beautiful and had the perfect sunset view. I loved the cosy room and my terrace. I couldn't have been happier. Thank you Maria!

Reviewed By Arina NAn unforgettable place in Halkidiki. So romantic,peaceful and serene. Superb view of the sea from the terrace. Nice houses in an olive grove. Sokratis and the staff were fantastic. The beach is private,there are sunbeds to relax and the sea is so calm,almost like a pool.

Reviewed By southseasimWe knew we had struck gold when we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Maria the owner of this stunning apartment..... The apartment comprises of a kitchen/dining area...with a fridge and mini oven/cooker/grill and a table and 4 chairs...this leads onto the front balcony to catch the morning sun and watch the world go by....from the passageway there is the bathroom and bedroom which leads directly onto the rear balcony with stunning views of the sea........... Maria clearly takes pride in her apartments...it was spotless and changed the bedding and towels twice in our week long stay......... The only thing we recommend bringing is a kettle....we had to have our tea and coffee........ Nea Skioni is primarily a fishing village and the small harbour is where most of the restaurants are located......you will be spoilt for choice for eating and especially if you are a fish lover...I highly recommend the sardines!!!......all typical greek dishes are on offer.....and the food is matched by the friendliness of the waiters and restaurant owners......... Nearby to the apartment is an excellent baker and numerous small supermarkets...fish mongers....grocers etc....... We hired a car from Auto Union at Thessalonki Airport which I recommend so you can explore the peninsula and the numerous sandy beaches with the clearest water i have ever seen........ My partner and I agree this is the best holiday we have ever had and we cannot wait to meeting Maria again next year...........

Reviewed By tenerifeiloveyouI stayed with my son in august 2019 .We stay 7 days .The room was clean and decent.Food was not bed ,but the choice of food was not great.Location is perfect just few meters from the beach.I loved swimming pool in this hotel.My son enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel.
