Reviewed By Julie DWe stayed here for the first half of our Montenegro holiday. Decent value apartment with stunning views. Really helpful staff. There was always someone around to help which was an unexpected treat for apartments. As others have mentioned the road is quite busy but there's a decent restaurant about 300/400m walk away as well as a small supermarket, otherwise it's a longer walk or bus/taxi but nowhere is too far really. Only improvement I'd suggest for the apartments is a decent coffee machine. Lovely stay, thank you.

Amazing stay in Kotor
Reviewed By David BWe stayed for one week in the Dekaderon Appts and I cannot recommend these appts more highly from the moment we arrived the staff (Irina and Bojana) were amazing, we had an appt next to the pool which is spotlessly clean and maintained every day, our room was also very clean and serviced every day by a charming young girl. The staff were also very helpful in suggesting places to eat and all of the places in the old town that we tried served great inexpensive food and drinks. Anyone considering a stay in Kotor should give this place a try

Reviewed By corrine138Nice view from balcony and pool. Bonus having a pool and it was mostly empty (late August), which was good as there were only 6-7 loungers. However, at this time of year the sun is gone from the area at 4.15ish, so we didn't get to use it for long. The living room is nice and big. The bathroom and bedroom are both small and satisfactory but not more. The shower especially was quite average. The whole apartment has everything you need but isn't particularly cosy or nicely decorated. A real highlight was the help from Delfina, the property manager - she answered all questions we had throughout and also booked several taxis for us (was not that easy in english). Side note - we didn't love staying in Muo; it's not a very nice walk to the city and with no view along most of it (as opposed to say Dobrota).

Reviewed By JennyjompGreat apartment hotel, lovely staff. Close to a mini market and a beach. There are bikes available you can easily bike to Kotor. This side of the bay has morning sun, in the evening it will be in the shade. You can pay with either cash or credit card.

The property is located in the calm neighborhood of Muo, 20 minutes walk from Old town Kotor, and has views over the mountains and the sea. The guests can reach the center in 20 minutes by walk or by taxi for 2,00 euros. The sea can be enjoyed in just 2 minutes walk down the street, and the first grocery store, cafe bar and bakery are less than 10 minutes walk away. Reviewed By 266pereWe only have praise for Apartments Andrija. We really loved our stay there. The room was clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, TV et c. And above all; a marvellous view of the Bay of Kotor. It was like having a glimpse of paradise. Amazing indeed. It’s located a stone’s throw from central Kotor, in beautiful Muo. Peaceful, simply and quickly reached by foot. The apartment hotel is run by the sweetest family, so helpful and friendly in every way. We felt so welcomed and taken care of, more than we have ever felt before. And I should add that we are frequent travellers. If we could give six points to Apartments Andrija, we would. Apartments Andrija will be the natural choice for us when we return to Kotor. We highly and warmly recommend it.

Great view and onsite parking
Reviewed By Travelcrazy013There are so many apartments to choose from in Kotor. We went with this one because it had free parking onsite and was still walkable to the old town, 30 min. Anita was very nice and we got lemon juice upon arrival. The balcony with the view onto the bay was great. the room was fine. There was a little kitchenette with fridge. The bathroom was a bit older, the shower leaked and the bathmat was soaked after showing because it covered the drain, that might have been used in the past. That wasn't so nice. But otherwise we had a good stay.

Reviewed By sussa69This has got to be the worst place we have ever stayed. Holes in the sheets, broken lights, smelly towels and the rudest owner I have ever come across. We took the room for one night at 4.30 pm, came back at 11.30 pm to be told we must check out at 9 am. We have never checked out at this hour and were not informed of this on check in. Absolutely appalling and the cat was eating fish heads in the main dining room. Don’t bother with this place.

Reviewed By natalya84Я искала апартаменты на 5 дней по некоторым критериям - тк нас ехала семья из 4 человек - мне надо было минимум 2 спальни, расположение важно чтобы было в доступности от центра и (наверное самое главное) - вид! Так как я хотела по утрам пить кофе с прекрасным видом. Эти апартаменты всему соответствовали. Квартира чистая, светлая, уютная. Все есть для проживания. Парковка. Стирка +сушилка. Минут 7-10 до старого города. А вид - от него у меня были мурашки по коже ???

Cancellation rights
Reviewed By antonia bWe booked this property in 2019 for a 2020 stay and had to pay half the cost as a deposit. Unfortunately our flights were cancelled as a result of COVID and Montenegro wouldn’t allow us into the country. I requested a full refund and Sava offered to transfer over to another time or refund at the end of the year. It is now March 2021, I have had no refund and no way of contacting Sava. My agent has tried on my behalf but they too haven’t been able to get an answer. I will not now book this apartment ever again and am very disappointed we have lost out due to something we had no control over. Please be aware when booking
