Reviewed By LukasR292I slept here during business trip again, as many times. Unfortunately due to Covid restriction the hotel was almost empty, restaurant closed, it´s pretty depressing. As usually receptionists were nice, willing. I used fitness, which is modest but convenient. My room was clean, beds are very comfortable. I like local breakfast, you can order even food from kitchen - served omelette, eggs, etc. Staff - very nice again. Comparing to other hotels this one is also the most expensive in Ostrava. I will come back for sure and can recommend.

Very comfortable showers and rooms, with nice colors in the new part. More space but older but SUPER CLEAN!!

Not for family, stay if you like loud music all day long
Reviewed By 683winnieaI wish I had checked the reviews before I booked this hotel. We were staying in this hotel with my 4 years old son. It was 12 at the midnight, but we still surrounded by a very loud music coming from the pubs and clubs downstairs near the hotel, the music was noise enough to make you had a really bad headache. The air conditioner was not working in our room. It shouldn't called themselves a four stars hotel. it was the worst experience I've ever had staying in a 4 star hotel. It's not comfortable at all when you can't get a good sleep for whole night. Definitely not for family!. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Nice pool. Kids playground and lot of sport opportunities in the house. Enough space for parking. Spacious rooms but always not 100% clean especially bathroom. Some forgotten items in the wardrobe from previous guests. We ordered fruit upon arrival but they forget to put it in the room. If we will travel again this location we might come back without hesitation.

Fantastic atmosphere - weak reception

The rooms were very comfortable and the aroma of the lovely soap made from the beer (brewed on premises) was really nice. The beds were very comfortable and on the first night, we had a really wonderful deep tub - not common when travelling in Europe. The only faults can give this place, are the lack of warm reception and lack of attention to detail in making up the rooms. We staying with a family of 4 for a total of 4 days. We had a distinct feeling that our requests for a room upgrade during the second part of our stay were being ignored...... we were looking for something slightly larger as the attic rooms- although comfortable, were on the smaller side. We were visiting for an extended period for the World Junior hockey championships - one got the feeling that perhaps Ostrava is not normally visited by as many North Americans and perhaps the lack of “warm hospitality” may have been somewhat of a language barrier or cultural difference? Either way, we have travelled all over Europe and the standard seems to be a daily room “freshening” and certainly a room upgrade when there seemed to be availability. This is a small capacity accommodation and we felt there could have been improved attention to detail!

A Great Stay
Reviewed By ATYeungPerfect place outside the centre of Ostrava for an overnight stay on a business trip. Travelling by car, there was a car park located in front of the hotel and without charge. The Hotel itself along with the room were very nice and clean. It has a good little restaurant next door but within the same building, perfect for dinner. Bedding and WIFI was great. Bathroom, nicely tiled and appealing. If anything, the rooms were a little warm but it should be noted that I did not make an attempt to adjust this. And to cap off the stay, Breakfast was superb. Having stayed at other establishments in Ostrava, I can safely say, for my value of my corporate allowance, I will definitely be returning.
