Reviewed By Kelly PWe spent just 2 nights here in August, and it was so lovely! On arrival, we were greeted by Matteo, who showed us our rooms. When we realized that the apartment was big enough for the 5 of us, he was so accommodating, as we had booked 2 rooms, and now only wanted one. It was not a problem, and we were so grateful for this! Thank you Matteo! The views from Cadboro are stunning... I was in awe when I first arrived and walked around!! The pool was beautiful, surrounded by farmland and amazing vistas. Our room was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable, with a nice patio out front. The restaurant was the highlight for sure. It is a rooftop restaurant where you can watch the beautiful sunset. The service, the wine, the food was so so good. The menu is focused on local, fresh food, mostly organic, and quite simply some of the best food I had in Italy!! I could have eaten there every night for a week or more!! (As an aside, I have celiac disease, and this was NO problem...I could have everything on the menu!!) The location was great for exploring the region. We visited the old castle towns (Montale, Piticchio, Pierosara, Arcevia), and the Frasassi Caves. Then return to Cadboro for a swim, a rest, some wine on the patio, and an amazing dinner...absolute perfection! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Reviewed By lilijoaA beautiful farmhouse in a stunning location. Would highly recommend. Located in an extremely peaceful area of the countryside but only 30mins drive to the beach. This is run by a lovely and warm Italian family who go out of their way to ensure you have a fabulous stay.

Lovely hidden spot in a lesser known part of Italy
Reviewed By Maarten vFrom the 22nd - 28th of June 2019 we stayed at Tenuta Silente in Montecarotto. We were attracted to its location between the Apennines as well as the Adriatic coast. It is an one hour drive from Ancona. The properly is lovingly restored by the owner with lots of attention for details. The garden , esp. in the evening , was the right spot to have dinner, see the sun set and experience the incredible silence around the whole place. The owner also made lots of efforts, succesfully, to make us feel at home.

We are located in the middle of the green hills of the Marche region, a typical area for the production of Verdicchio wine, with a panoramic view of the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea. Within 40 minutes by car you have a wide choice of destinations rich in beaches, panoramas, art, culture and traditions. Here you are in the heart of the production area of Verdicchio of the castles of Jesi with a wide selection of wine cellars and restaurants to taste typical products of the Marche region.

Appartamento spazioso, con ingresso indipendente, uso cucina e spazio circostante poco trafficato e adatto al gioco dei bambini. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. I dintorni di Montecarotto si sono rivelati una sorpresa, con percorsi natura gradevoli come il Trabocco e la pista ciclabile che costeggia l'Esino da Moie verso Jesi, solo per citarne qualcuno.
