Just wished i stayed more than 1 night

I immediately fell in love with the look of the hotel from outside, looks so majestic and has an ancient look. The reception guy was so nice throughout our whole stay, i think he is one of the owners. We had 2 big single very comfortable beds and really needed a good rest after all that travelling and going round the previous week. i wish to thank them for that as i really felt refreshed in the morning! Breakfast was lovely too, apart from the usual crossant they had other things available which we loved! the reception guy remarked that we should have stayed more and he was right :) the only thing that we did not like was that next door there was an italian couple that kept making noise.

A Country Sanctuary - Quaint but Classy
Reviewed By BluePointerThere are not enough superlatives to describe this beautiful estate with manicured lawns, trimmed hedges, and enchanting Venetian décor. It is very much like a boutique hotel. We stayed for three nights - ten of us - a three generation family. My son said it all shortly after we arrived: Mom, if we stayed here for the rest of our vacation, I would be good with that. Not only were the grounds impeccable, but so was the service to match. It is a family run business, and we could easily communicate in English with the thoughtful and considerate staff. Breakfast was included, a good assortment of pastries, fruit, meats and eggs. Specialty coffees were generally ordered and brought to us. We loved sitting outside in front under the covered porch, but there was a large room inside where the food items were. Outside the kids could talk to the bird in the cage or visit with Rusty, the pup. The rooms were large enough and had all the comforts of home - tastefully decorated with desk, chair, luggage rack, side tables and wardrobe. The bathroom was very clean and fully equipped. The bed was large with good linen and was comfortable. Each day the towels and amenities were replenished. The front rooms looked out to the postcard-perfect gardens and the back rooms looked out to the vineyard. Each room had a small balcony with a chair to relax in the quiet of the country. One day that included country smells... but that's what will make the grapes into good wine for next year! We had requested two sets of adjoining rooms for the younger families, and the staff was very good at accommodating our needs. There are many buildings and levels to discover in this sprawling villa. Every niche has a mix of traditional Italian furnishings and décor, yet it is functional and fresh. I would love to come back and try another part of the estate because all areas have their own unique style. We loved the pool - natural saltwater, not chlorine. Yes, there is a daily and per person charge, plus you have to wear bathing caps (sold at front desk for nominal fee), but it is well worth it! Beautiful, warm, clean! Lovely lounges with their own little parasols. We wished that we had more time than one late afternoon to use the pool. The cost for the villa is very reasonable, all considered. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice hotel, nice staff
Reviewed By Igal1978It was my second stay at this hotel and that itself says a lot. First of all what I liked: The friendliness of owners and the staff. The terrace outside. Selection of pastries for breakfast. Presence of Wi-Fi. Some rooms have balconies. Huge parking right in front of the hotel. An excellent pizza restaurant is literally few meters away. What I didn't like: Very limited number of electrical outlets: I had many devices to charge and my room had only 3 outlets (for one of them I had to unplug the TV) and an additional outlet in the bathroom. On the terrace there's only one electrical outlet - I liked to work with my laptop on the terrace, but once the outlet was taken, I couldn't plug the laptop in. An addition of eggs and bacon to the breakfast could be nice. About the location: it is only about 40 minutes driving to Venice or to Padova. I didn't see any public transportation nearby, so go there either by car or taxi. Again I want to stress out the friendliness and the hospitality of the owners. Very nice people! And if I'm ever again in the region - I know where I'm going to be staying.

A little pearl on the hill side
Reviewed By FellowTraveler468002The first time I came to this albergo was back in 1988. For many years I did not come back but since 2007 until now I have come on a regular basis. Once or twice a year. The owner is very kind, the rooms are all right and there is a pleasant atmosphere. The absolutely splendid view from the verandas really lifts this place. If you like to enjoy a late night drink observing the evening light over La Marca, this is the perfect place for it!

Reviewed By flbeachtravelerThis is a lovely old restored farmhouse outside Montebelluna. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. We would relax after returning from a day of sightseeing with a bottle of local prosecco sitting in the garden. What more could one ask for.

And the breakfast is really, really good! I wish I can comeback someday and spend a couple of days here! What a finding!
