They have a lovely small garden where you can sit and look at the sea, a beautiful clean pool where to chill down and relax. Breakfast is awesome. Everything perfect. Thanks!

A Gem on the Ligurian Coast.

We arrived mid-morning and as the room was almost ready we were able to check in early after a nice late breakfast. The hotel is beautifully situated with amazing views. Despite all of this the restaurant may have been the highlight of our time at La Vigna. World class food and service with a view thrown in. If you are visiting Cinque Terre or the area generally it is hard to imagine doing better.

Magnificent view
Reviewed By steffen nEnjoy a few days in this clean and comfortable place. Cielo e mare is situated in the small village of Lemeglio some 200 meters above Moneglia. It is a long walk up although it is a bit easier once you know the pedestrian shortcuts. There is also a small local bus if you care to wait. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Alternatively Rita is more than willing to drive you to Moneglia or come down a pick if that is what you need. Just call. Magnificent views from the terraces. You might want to explore some of the hiking routes that passes through the village of Lemeglio, but beware that some these at some points can be very narrow while crossing steep slopes. Good physical condition and sure footedness is required.

Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us lots of useful information about the area and restautants etc. The rooms were very modern, big and clean and the facilities were excellent. We also had a brilliant breakfast with lots of fresh local produce. Very peaceful location within easy access to the town centre and the train for Cinque Terre. Steep access but worth it when you arrive.

Becuse it was so wondeful and we offen talk about it. Every thing was great and thank you for al god talk and service and amazing home-cooked breakfest served at the balcony.

Per il mio compagno ed io è stato così un piacere stare da lei che abbiamo deciso di fermarci un giorno in più. Il B&B rimane poco fuori Moneglia centro ma c'è una linea bus molto comoda. Il prezzo rispetto alla concorrenza è molto competitivo, il letto comodissimo e la stanza molto pulita e con tutto il necessario.

Reviewed By Lovetotravel44_82What a wonderful hotel! We spent 10 very happy days here in May. After a long and rather stressful journey we we welcomed warmly to the Hotel. The hotel is very well run and the management and staff are all exceptionally helpful and make you feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The setting is beautiful, set away from the sea front and overlooking the beautiful Ligurian hills. The landscaping is cleverly designed to make the most of the terracing and it is easy to relax by the pool or enjoy an aperitif on one of the terraces. Breakfasts are delicious, everything is homemade and beautifully presented. Dinners at both the bistro and Orto the Michelin starred restaurant are excellent. We loved our stay and hope to come back.

Great location. Disappointing everything else.
Reviewed By Stay52818180346The hotel is in a great location, but the amenities were disappointing. The room offered no shampoo (only a liquid soap in a wall dispenser), the hair dryer didn’t work, the tissue box was empty, no blanket on the bed, and no blackout blinds (it gets very bright in the room even with the thin curtains closed). On top of that the jacuzzi didn’t work and the breakfast offering was low grade. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they didn’t even offer an apology let alone some sort of compensation. They just didn’t care. The shame is the place could be so much better with just a little effort and care. Not worth the almost 200€ they charged.
