Great stay, but better leave your kids at home!
Reviewed By Excursion28468521783Had a good stay, comfy beds, spacious rooms, good food, professional treatments, but I don’t recommend to bring your kids, unless they don’t have much demands. Babysitter was excellent, but the facility for the kids not upto standards nor staff have any experience on how to make kids feel welcomed. I would have expected at least some water & some fruits available in the playroom. And during the single hour they where allowed in the pool to be allowed in all areas ( or atleast 1 sauna) as long as they didn’t disturb other guests. Our 3 year old was ok, but our 8 year old felt like in a prison. I would suggest not to advertise being kids friendly. SPA culture in this area of Italy is also pretty poor, hence if your from Germany or Dutch be prepared to go in the sauna with your bathing suit nor expect any special organization (herbs, auffkuss etc.)

The evening meal was excellent in a very relaxed atmosphere. A good selection at breakfast, although a little confusing (but this is from someone visiting Italy for the first time!)

Great B&B but don‘t bring a car
Reviewed By ForeignObserver2Residenza Sveva is a nice boutique hotel in the center of old own Termoli but the downside is that is located in a so called ZTL (Zona Trafffico Limitado) that does not allow non-resident car traffic with very limited exceptions. From May through September one can only enter with a car for a maximum of 15 minutes for a two hour stretch in the morning (to pick up luggage) and two hours in the afternoon (to drop off luggage). Even then you cannot drive to the hotel reception as it is located in the central square of old town that is off limits for all non-residential travel at all times. None of that is disclosed when you make a reservation. So you will have to schlep your luggage manually from the drop-off point to the reception. But the building where the reception is is not where you will necessarily stay. The hotels maintains five buildings that are spread around old town and you will not know in which one until you check in. We were located across the main square in a side alley which meant dragging the luggage once more. If you enter the ZTL with a car without permission you will be automatically slapped with a severe fine. We visited the hotel in April and so we first parked our rental at the port, about half a mile away. That in itself has very limited free parking. Upon checking in we learned that we could bring the luggage to the drop-off point and were given a yellow permission card to park inside the ZTL if we could find an empty space within the white lined parking spaces (of which there are only 15 in town). They also had to register our license plate with the police in a computer system. We lucked out but it is just best not to bring a car. The room itself was very nice but it was located upstairs with no elevator. So, clearly, this hotel is not for people with limited mobility. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful once we got there. Breakfast was included but it consisted almost exclusively of sweet items that Italians favor in the morning. Given that most traffic is banned the environment is pretty quiet. Overall a nice place if you come on foot with very light luggage.

Reviewed By Sal857We found Ferrari Suite via Booking.com and thought the convenience of being in the centre of town and the rooms looked modern, clean & bright. It’s a fantastic location next to a main square and across the street from the Cathedral & Savoia Theatre. When we arrived we were surprised to learn that there was no elevator and it’s up 4 flights of stairs. The rooms are beautifully appointed and room, beds are very comfortable. However there is no AC and it was hot during our stay. As a result we needed to open the windows in order to get some cool air, unfortunately it is a very lively square and in the evenings it comes even more alive with bars and nightclubs. It’s very noisy and so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. If you’re into the club scene and night life, it would make a great place to stay. We loved the location and the Cafe Savoia across the street. Finding parking was not a problem and again it was really central for sightseeing and walking up to the Castello Monforte.

Perfectly situated hotel
Reviewed By 922susannWe had a lovely stay at a perfectly situated hotel - almost on the beach. We were greeted by the lovely friendly receptionist and she told us about the history of the building. We had fabulous views from our room and a stones throw from the heart of the town. The breakfast was served in a lovely characterful room - were we met the friendly manager of the hotel who told us all about the area and history. I must compliment the breakfast - lots of choice and fresh produce - a fabulous place to stay

Reviewed By M781MMLindaCentrum is close to the train station. It also has ample parking. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fairly good--standard Italian breakfast fare. We had dinner at the restaurant and were delighted with the cooking. The menu was interesting and the wine list was great. It included some good Molise wines. The staff were friendly and helpful.
