Worst customer service of my life.
Reviewed By Wanderer106406I’ve travelled extensively across Europe and this is by far the most disgusting and disrespectful customer service I have ever received. They lie about hidden charges and the duty manager (who refused to give her name but has dark shoulder length hair, black glasses and is middle aged) sees fit to shout and interrupt you at the front desk with a queue of people behind you. How mortifying, and common to shout like that! The pool changing rooms floors are quite literally lethally slippery and they refuse to acknowledge any issue, or make any safety adjustments for customers. Do not stay here. You would be more welcome in a tent in a field! If I could give negative stars, I would.

If you love sports you will end up wishing for 48-hour days to be able to do everything our valley has to offer: trekking, mountain biking, rafting, downhill, canyoning, free climbing and much more... if, on the other hand, you want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, you can take long walks suitable for everyone, you can go down by bike on the cycle path along the river, go horse riding or try Nordic walking in the woods.

Reviewed By Alexander VJust when you think everything was perfect Alfredo Ravelli and his team manage to astonish you again. After 2 years of Covid-19 misery we finally came back to our favourite place to be. Although times can't have been easy for them during this difficult period they still managed to improve everything. The hotel itself was given a beautiful but functional makeover. The bar is changed into a pleasant place to be. The service and concept completely changed. The excellent trained waitresses serve now cocktails as pro's. And they even manage to cater to the non alcoholic clients with a beautiful different mocktail when needed. The lockers for the ski material have been completely changed with heated ski boot holders and all. The rooms are all beautifully redone with ample space. The restaurant is also rebooted. A completely new equipped kitchen and seating area as also service. And although we were always fond of the large buffet before diner they actually changed it for the better. A salad bar is now in place which gives the chef room to concentrate on the main menu with an appetiser a starter a first course and main meal and a beautiful and appetising dessert to close everything to satisfaction. The only thing we really missed were Daniel and Gabriella our most favourite waiters of all times. But the new team more than makes up for the loss. Thanks Ricardo and Davide and everybody else whose name I didn't get yet for the service. The owner and his ever present mother still keep everything in check and assist where ever needed during the meal. Lastly since this was a skying holiday so the aprés ski counts also, we should not forget Alessio Ravelli the youngest in the family. Recently graduated he is now in charge of the Hotel Sporting Ravelli and manages also the aprés ski bar down in Marilleva with professional DJ and all. As an unexpected extra we had the pleasure to experience the first ever end of season party with one of Italy's best DJ's Damante. For us it was a success. Good luck with you're future career Alessio. I will only add that Alfredo Ravelli, his spouse and son and the ever present mama Gina continue to do a great job with a passion you will almost never experience. You will be accommodated and served in more than one hotel as kings but to my experience here they make you feel every time as long lost friends in a family atmosphere. Thank you very much again Alfredo.

terrible skiing conditions
Reviewed By SeweryN25plIs it ski area in Italy? I don't think so. Slope are terrible. All of were icy and there were too much hills of snow on slopes. Cable cars were awful. Many of them don't work and Staff weren't really interested with this problem. We were waiting 20 minutes. Then Men from staff came and told us to go out. Queues were too Long. I will never go back there

Reviewed By agnesw191Raffael, the owner is a fantastic person trying to do all he can to make his guests happy. Rooms are quite small but you don’t need much more. Kitchen annex is tiny and have plates, glasses/cups and basic cutlery. We had to buy the knife that is sharp enough to cut some veg/bread. No microwave or kettle. Breakfast is served daily for a charge but we found it a bit poor in choice and horrible instant coffee served(in Italy that is famous from fantastic coffee ritual) so we never came back The internet is less than poor. I had to work during my stay and been put in big trouble not having an internet access that is reliable. The mobile reception is also poor so forget about getting your internet from the phone hotspot. Every afternoon/evening there is an entertainment in the bar-club for children and games for adults-very nice, however we were not informed about them every day and we missed couple of fantastic activities. Room was a bit cold as well so if you have a chance take a tiny fan heater with you. And remember the sockets are Italian so don’t forget the adapter. The area is quite poor with choice of restaurants/bars/shops, but if you have a car worth going to villages around. For skiers, plenty slopes but also millions of people so queues to the lifts were enormous

Hotel Val di Sole in a perfect pleace for who want to do sports and relax on the mountains. Our hotel is in a quite location and is perfect for family target thanks to our Palu Park, Acqua Park and our Garden. We are in a perfect palce near to the Dolomites and Stelvio National Park. We've a big Wellness Center perfect to relax with 1 inside Jacuzzi, 2 outside Jacuzzi, Sauna, Panoramic Sauna, Biosauna, Turkish Bath, tea area and relax area.

Reviewed By jasonbN2043RJWe stayed at Gaia Wellness Residence last week (end of March 2022) and skied in the nearby mountains. From the first email to leaving, Andrea and his team were welcoming, helpful and professional. We really enjoyed the property, the room was warm, comfortable, spacious and very clean. The pool and spa were beautiful and easy to use and I noticed that they are extending the facility even further. Breakfast was a delicious buffet of Italian and continental fare with really good coffee and the local restaurants were also superb. The location is perfect, with great views across the mountain and very regular ski bus to Marilleva for the bubble to the pistes. We walked it a couple of times and it was only 10 minutes. Andrea arranged our ski passes and recommended some local restaurants, he helped us with travel chargers (we brought American ones by mistake) and he also lent me some crutches after I managed to injure my leg. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole holiday. Thank you to Andrea, his wife and the whole team, we hope to be back next year.

Reviewed By ale2015_ItalyLocation is perfect, ski bus in front of the main door, in summer 200m from rafting, minigolf, archery, bike road, horses... really amazing. Hotel owners are the additional value to your experience: Elisabetta will try to satisfy all your needs, everybody is kind and smiling. Rooms are new, clean and spacious. Food is great, very tasty, quickly served and big portions. Recommended for families. We’ll come back for sure.
