Expensive for Loutro, but upmarket for the village.
Reviewed By Peter SWe paid much more than we ever have to stay in Loutro, but that was only because it was difficult finding a room in our favoured hotels. A real effort has been made to make this hotel the quality choice for Loutro, and it does have several benefits - the super breakfast being the most notable. Friendly and efficient staff.

Sifis Hotel has been renovated into small complex of 10 spacious rooms, just above the sea………All are front rooms with panoramic view of the bay. The rooms are designed to be airy & light, equipped with all required necessities, including refrigerator, safe deposit box and of course private balcony. All rooms have air conditioning, providing cooling for the hot summer months and heating for the cooler early spring and late autumn months The decor is purity and quality itself…and most importantly, quality at a modest prices.

Reviewed By PoppystudzDo not stop for a drink here. The location is fantastic but the prices are a rip off and the service non existent. We asked for a glass of water which never materialised. We repeatedly asked for the bill but ended up having to go up to the bar and pay as it never arrived. 20€ for drinks which cost 12€ elsewhere.

Peaceful location with direct access to sea. On E4 coastal path. All rooms have balcony with sea view. Home produced yoghurt, honey and cheese. Boat taxi service to and from Loutro and local beaches.
Enchanting by the sea
Reviewed By Xcski441Extreme winds prevented our hosts from picking us up by motorboat from Loutro forcing us to take a gorgeous 40 min hike along the coast to the Taverna, making a magical destination even more enchanting as we passed sheep and goats on our way. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a terrace overlooking the sea. Our hosts were upbeat considerate and gracious. We dined on the outdoor terrace listening to the waves lapping the shore and feeling the cooling breezes. The food ,while not gourmet ,was very good, and the breakfasts more than adequate fuel for our hiking and swimming endeavors. Mostly, however , we just relaxed in comfortable lounge chairs and read. A truly relaxing two day interlude. Our Sunday departure stretched lazily into the mid-afternoon, which allowed us to enjoy a delicious zucchini and potato frittata recommended by host Pavlos.
