There is a little local shop on the territory, where you can buy some souvenirs or snacks. Generally speaking, the Hotel has everything to make your stay comfortable there.

Reviewed By AXATedBeautiful building and nice rooms. Grand dining room, fountains, old wood furniture and gorgeous balcony. Pool for playing not laps and a way down the hill. Lovely manicured grounds with goose pond. Thai food is excellent.

Nice Place, Great Location
Reviewed By David SSpent a few days there very recently and was more than happy. Looks small but quite spacious interior and the car park is big! Hotel staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I was in the largest type of room which was very comfortable. Lovely pillows. Only issue and nothing to do with the hotel is that opening and closing times of bars, cafes etc. aren't always convenient and often not as they themselves advertise.Loei is basically rural and that needs to be remembered.

Good to take a break for 1 night then travel
Reviewed By CHATBAIMAIMy family and I stayed for 1 night to take a rest then head to be back Bangkok. The rooms were good also amenities. The hotel locates in downtown and easy to walk to have some food. Just only 2 things; 1. a staff asked me to pay for the rooms but I already made a payment. So I told her to recheck and Im correct. It’s ok cause she seems to be new. 2. There are a fews bar around the hotel that make some noise at night. However it’s fine if you are easy to sleep or very tried ?.

Reviewed By PC1955The room was clean, and comfortable. Note to tall foreigners:the bathroom entry door only has about 6 foot clearance. Some of the staff spoke a modest amount of english. The staff is attentive, and helpful. The location is in the city, but may not be a close walk from the hotel. There are extensive street food vendors near the large hospital. The highly rated breakfast buffet has been replaced with your choice of meals delivered to your room at the time you request, due to covid. At the time of this writing, some area tourist sites and restaurants are closed.

Low end TV Low end Mattress Low end / old furniture Low end old linens Poor bathroom , broken tiles , old grout, poor walks with holes and paint missing Out side very nice. Nice pool ,great staff Restaurant nice but very limited menu with no chicken options Horrible hours 11 am to 8 pm What no breakfast? Should be a 2 star hotel Poor location

Reminds me of a Holiday Inn
Reviewed By J4939HJmichaelpTypical Western style budget hotel, very similar to a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, modern and well maintained. The linen and towels were in good condition. The air-conditioning, hot water and refrigerator all worked well. The only negative issue is that the room was kind of small and at a walk in rate of 790 THB, a bit overpriced. Breakfast was also included, but was pretty uninspiring. Ample parking for folks who are self-driving.

Three night stay
Reviewed By ATHA-BGKA wonderful location overlooking a bend in the Mekong that affords spectacular early morning views. The resort has a large footprint with many kinds of different rooms all very clean, excellent beds and bathrooms. A few caveats. As the hotel is so large it is prone to receiving large tour groups and this will double impact the restaurant where service can easily back up with many people ordering at the same time. The breakfasts were definitely meagre, serving a choice of friend eggs, conjee or fried rice. Whether this is due to Covid I am not sure. The restaurant has a wonderful view over looking the river. Hard to beat.

Reviewed By pauloO4033IAI was quite impressed with this hotel for value for money the lady who runs it was very welcoming and showed us where to park our motorbikes. They is also a coffee house as part of the hotel for the morning the room was clean the showers were good I would recommend.
