Slightly Annoying Host!
Reviewed By 630wilhThe place is lovely, and the pods are very well presented! If you want a quiet stay and to be left alone, then don’t come here. Pete doesn’t stop talking, although he means well, sometimes people just want a bit of peace and not to be hammered about PODS!

Reviewed By Lynsey DWe have just stayed at river mansion cottage & we didn’t want to leave!! Debbie & Collin are welcoming & fabulous hosts. The grounds are unreal with spectacular views. The cottage it self is warm & cosy with beautiful homely touches the welcome pack is something else ? Debbie recommended the savoury afternoon tea & OMG it did not disappoint (see pictures) We can’t wait to stay again!

Come and stay in beautiful green West Wales on an organic farm. Eat home made organic food - eggs from the farm & our own sausages. Lie on crisp cotton sheets. Enjoy a leisurely candlelit breakfast by the log fire, with an extensive menu & freshly squeezed juice. Near castles, cliff top walks & beaches. Explore the farm, with wildlife on the doorstep, buzzards, swallows & badgers. See dolphins & seals nearby in Cardigan Bay.....

Reviewed By Leane JWe stayed the weekend in the ground floor apartment and it was absolutely stunning. So quiet peaceful and a step back in time in the little kitchen. I sat on the kitchen window seat drinking my morning cuppa watching the rabbits squirrels and birds it was wonderful. The place is spotless and warn and cosey we didnt want to leave. The farm shop is very well equipped with what you need and lovely walks to go on too. Definitely coming back!! If you want to detach yourself from the world for a few days its the place to go and relax. Thankyou Amanda! Missing the dogs already haha

Great local pub
Reviewed By markwC2484QAHave visited a couple of times since the premises reopened under new management and have been completely happy every time. On this occasion I had a breakfast with family. The ingredients were locally sourced and delicious, with great service provided by all of the staff and Craig. I will be returning and heartily recommend the place for anything from a simple drink and chat to a full meal.

Reviewed By HARLECH66A return visit and still as special as our first stay! Quiet and tranquil, the rooms comfortable and everything required to make the stay special! Breakfast, beautifully presented offers many options and nothing is too much trouble. The private terrace/balcony is a fabulous place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sunshine. Barbara the host is great and is friendly and hospitable, she has thought of everything! Evening meals by prior arrangement can be arranged. We are already planning a return visit! ?❤️

Home from home, even if you're visiting
Reviewed By Chris SFive stars, Rob and the staff are amazeballs. And you're slap bang in the middle of the action. Paddlers down the bottom, Cardigan, New Quay within a short drive, Carmarthen a quick run too... Best placed for sightseeing. I moved up here not knowing anything about the area. Rob and the staff saved my bacon. If you want to visit Ceredigion, Carmarthen, the Beacons... Book a room. Come down, have a pint. You will have the time of your lives. Trust me, I'm originally from Kent and I'm picky. I don't recommend anyone unless they deserve it, and this place deserves it. Rob is a legend.

Lovely short break
Reviewed By FoodieeAtHeartStayed in Meadow Suite. Quality room with bonus dressing area and separate storage/wardrobe great for storing cses and hanging clothers. Very attentive host, good location for exploring the surrounding area and good price. Due to Covid the full B&B service was unavailable however the host did a wonderful job to provide in room breakfast of croissants, baguettes, ham cheese, boiled eggs and yogurts. For dinner nearby I recommend Daffodil Inn at Penrhiwllan 15 mintues away and for a quick and easy pub meal I recommend Monroe's at the The Llwyndafydd Inn. I recommend Waunwthan Kay and Michael are doing a fantastic job!
