Across a stream marking the boundary of our green abode is a tropical forest with a large spectrum of flora and fauna where nature's presence can be felt in every "nook N corner" A seventy five year old bungalow with historical and revolutionary importance, deluxe rooms, standard rooms and cottages are the range of accommodation options. Guests can enjoy the scenic beauty of tropical forest from the bungalow. They can enjoy trekking, bird watching or fishing. They have enough opportunity to participate in farm activities. Rubber tapping, weed clearing, compost making, coffee plucking, pruning, manuring, cooking (keralan) are all to give a taste of rural life. Our farm is completely plastic free. As we adopt inter cropping and mixed farming, every season is busy with one or the other activity.We employ most of the staff from our neighborhood villages and tribal colonies. We arrange guests to see and buy products made locally and can learn their cultural activities, living etc. Staying in Hiliya helps to create an awareness of organic farming along with the importance of preserving our natural resources. It will inspire us in working with nature. It will give an insight to the environmental advantages organic farming systems can bring, and benefits, both to the economy and social cohesion of rural areas. The farm has been certified by “INDOCERT”
The worst resort i ever visited
Reviewed By AmjkalathilRude staff Pathetic rooms Price was quoted with a natural pond and they provided us with a pond of mudwater. It takes a very long time for you to reach the resort (they say) as all the roads from bathery and panamaram in in the worst condition. The staff had the same rude behavior when i contacted them again with a negative feedback. They were saying why chose them as u people have different options to stay. If you are going with a family or with friends just to spend a good holiday,better try any other resorts in the area or stay in a residency or a hotel room. You wont get disappointed.

Good property without maintenance
Reviewed By Smriti_ShawWe have booked cottage Villa for 4 adult and one kid. We got one Villa with two connected rooms. The rooms were decent, but they don't provide any toiletries, so better to carry each and every thing with you. The property is good and staffs are also very humble. A person named Amrit has taken us for boating and fishing to their own private pond. The pond water was very dirty but boating was a good experience. They don't have their own restaurant. A small kitchen is there where we got tea, coffee, milk and breakfast. Since they don't have lunch and dinner facility, so better have outside and then return to resort. Since our plan was very sudden, so we didn't get much choices for resort. I will suggest please check some other properties before booking this resort.

Worst resort ever visited. Seriously
Reviewed By Faheem MWe a family of total 65 members booked whole resort for November 20th. The manager will smile and ask for full payment on check-in time as he looked like a gentleman on first glance. After payment whole resort staffs will change their attitude. Resort / rooms is alright but whole staffs in the resort is the worst part. The cleaners and helpers will boss you. Never ever had an experience like this from any place in my whole life. Not at all safe place for family because they put goons , improfessionals , lunatics in customer service. After our visit they flooded google with fake reviews. People can judge on their own.
