The luxurious 5-star Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Boka-Kotorska bay, only few steps away from the beach with beach bar and restaurant and still very close to popular turist destinations (Herceg Novi 12km, Kotor 16km, Budva 25km, Dubrovnik 54 km, Tivat airport 5km, Dubrovnik airport 36km ). Casa del Mare has got 17 rooms/apartments individually decorate, each one air conditioned and furnished with modern, high quality furniture, telephone, LCD TV set – Satellite System, the Internet, a mini bar, hair dryer, safe deposit box and a balcony with the sea view. Hotel was completly renovated in 2019. and has more facilities like: Spa and wellness center, conference room, rooftop restaurant and bar and zen space with hydromassage bath.

Reviewed By run841This boutique hotel is a must stay. Perfect location for exploring the Kotor Bay region. I definitely suggest having a car although there are public buses that pass by. Walking distance to the ferry over to shortcut your drive to Old Town Kotor and also visit Budva & Tivat. The junior suite was the perfect size with a side balcony that overlooked the bay. Towels were replaced in the evening (turn-down service) & morning. The hotel is very clean, pool area small but you aren't there to sit by the pool all day! Made use of the indoor pool/spa area and received a very deep massage. Unfortunately, I was sick within hours of arriving and redecorated their lobby area in/out. Of course I felt terrible but the staff were marvelous cleaning up and caring for me. The ladies staffing the hotel were very attentive to your needs and willing to help at any opportunity. They made a couple of dinner recommendations/reservations for us. Both were splendid choices. Breakfast included and was a feast before even ordering from the menu! See another review. My wife and I definitely recommend this boutique hotel - fire away with any questions!

Reviewed By VB68Just arrived to our "Studio with sea view". As the photos show, we got a view of the unattractive car park. We were told that this was it. Not very impressed. I am convinced that only the top floor may have views. The apartment itself is OK, but lacks in character. Very dull and unimpressive, but clean. As far as location, the "village" has no charm and when you can see the water it isn't all that great. If you want to enjoy the charms of the bay, stay in Perast, Dobrota, Kotor or Muo. A shame that we are stuck here ?

Great stay at Capitano
Reviewed By ppaattrriikkWe had a great stay at this small four star hotel. It’s clean and nice. The breakfast is incredible and we had the best breakfast host, Luka! He and Irena at the front desk gave us the best of service. The beach area is separate from the hotel and the road to get there is quite trafficked. The beach area is very nice! Unfortunately the service at the Bocasa restaurant is not as good as at the hotel or the beachfront.
