It's a motel

Just to advise people properly, this is a motel specially for intimate encounters, and we were expecting a normal hotel! It's also far away from everything and hard to find, don't go there without a GPS.

Reviewed By MeyablondThis hotel is a lovely gem, very close to the Marina di Varcaturo where all the lidos are. Words can’t describe the cleanliness, the hotel is absolutely spot on. They change the bed linens every 2 days, the room is always fresh and extremely clean, same standard by the pool. Beautiful plants all around the place - inside and out. The mattress on our bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Might seem insignificant but also brilliant black out curtains in the room, mornings are never interrupted by daylight. Breakfast is lovely, a little bit of everything, all fresh, warm and delicious. Coffee is great - of course, we’re talking about Naples here :) Have to mention - although it’s constructive criticism- that the breakfast room is not enough big in busy times, 2-3 extra tables would avoid guests waiting in the lobby even if we’re just talking about couple of minutes. Wifi is working perfectly everywhere, even by the pool outside. Free parking inside the hotel gates and also an underground garage is available. The staff is fantastic. Not sure what the owners’ secret is but everyone is happy here and can’t do enough to help the guests - this is a great thing when you’re on holiday, definitely extra point for that :) Family run place which had clearly a lot of thought put into, high attention to details, great vibes. Very highly recommend it. If you plan to book a beach holiday close to Naples, and want to support a small hotel in this COVID mess, this is definitely your go to hotel.

The Premiere Hotel, built in 2010, is a modern 4 star property located north west of Naples, 1 km from the highway that leads directly to the Naples ring road, the city is 15 minutes away by car. The hotel is very close to Pozzuoli and the famous Campi Flegrei "Phlegrean fields" "with The Solfatara Volcano,, The Necropolis of Cuma and the Roman Flavian Amphitheatre. The beaches of Varcaturo are 300 meters away. The hotel features modern and functional rooms that provide all the comforts expected from a modern "four stars" such as free WiFi. Breakfast offers hand-made Cakes prepared by pastry connected to the Hotel. The Cuisine is excellent with many local Neapolitan Dishes. The large pool is provided with a large sundeck and is equipped with chairs and umbrellas. A Snack Bar is also available on site. Large and free of charge car-park with video surveillance.

If it wasn't for this staff member and the housekeeping crew, I would definitely give it a 2 star rating. I really feel that behavior and manners goes a long way. In this case it earned them 1 extra star from me. The hotel is situated outside of the main city of Naples. About 15 - 30 minutes away. Depending on traffic. Same distance from the Airport. Lago Patria itself is a very dated, boring, badly kept area. The hotel is on a very busy road with many other hotels and cafes very close by. It is in no way a 4 start hotel. Absolutely not. 3 star yes. The swimming pool area was closed off due to the season. Therefore I cant say much about it. It is very very clean but badly maintained. The corridors have broken and damaged walls, especially at the corners from where people have hit it with their luggage. The elevator buttons are broken. We booked a family room. As advertised we were supposed to get a room with 1 double bed and a bunk bed for 2 kids. What we got was a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When we contacted the reception, they sent housekeeping crew up, who converted the sofa to a bed.... It was not even a proper bed. Once the sofa was converted, it took up almost most of the space in the room and it blocked the entry to the closet area. every time we needed to get to the closet we had to move the bed or climb over it. Highly annoying. Further more, On our first night we slept without curtains in our room. They had see through veil/net but not actual curtains. Opposite our room were a row of houses, apartments. In the evening if we had the lights on, everything was visible from outside. It felt highly uncomfortable to sleep in, especially because we have two young kids. The uneasiness that people could look inside. I reported it to the reception and was told that the curtains are in the laundry room and that no other room was available. They promised to hang the curtains up the following morning. Exhausted from our travel and being quite far from the city we didn't really have much options. We covered the windows by using our baggage's, chairs and towels. We went out for the day and when we came back in the evening, we had curtains. The restaurant is small and clean. Breakfast selection is normal and average. It is a super clean hotel. Every single morning the cleaning crew give the place a through cleaning. Pity that it is not maintained or up to date. Friendly crew. Clean Free parking Very good Wi-Fi Would highly recommend that they realize they are 3 star standard. In no way a 4 start hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes I would. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Birthday Surprise Holiday and oh what a surprise!

Believe me it was a surprise, he's never been so disappointed and neither have I. We wanted to come home the same day! I have attached photos to this review of the hotel and its location. As you can see the photos are disgusting. One pillow I had was covered in blood splatter, another as you can see in the photos isn’t for human use. Nowhere on any website where this hotel is being advertised, states that its in the middle of nowhere. The nearest place to get food is a 15 minute drive away. Without a car we would of been stuck without food. I filled the car with fuel 3 times and after breakfast left the hotel each morning and did not return till 9:30 - 10:00 each evening. Evening time the hotel came to life with Prostitutes screaming the place down, and believe me this was every night! Hookers standing on the corner either end of the road looking for business. NO SMOKING yet the hotel corridor stunk. Behind the back of the hotel there is a military camp which carry out practice late evening. That's not stated on anywhere either Buffett breakfast doesn't exist as you can see from the photo that was what you got everyday. Bar/Lounge, I have no idea where this was?? Air Conditioning didn't exist in our room as you can see from the photo with the curtains. Free Newspaper didn't exist even if it was an Italian one!. Coffee / Tea maker didn't exists! Hair drier, was 1 off for the hotel and had to be borrowed from the reception and returned after use. Avoid this hotel as what the package states isn’t what the package is!

We do recommend this hotel if you want to visit Campania, Napoli, Vesuvio, Amalfi, etc. Will try to come back next season.

Reviewed By MIAVITT2Se avessi potuto mettere zero stelle lo avrei fatto posto sporchissimo privo di ascensore abbiamo avuto difficoltà per farci avere la ricevuta ma anche per avere il telecomando Dell aria condizionata... Che non ci volevano assolutamente lasciare. Dopo essercela fatta faticosamente accendere Ci siamo resi conto che le alette sparavano polvere direttamente sul letto e abbiamo deciso di spegnere passando la notte in bianco tra sudore e insetti .. Non ci si può doccia altrimenti si rischia di allagare completamente la stanza già minuscola. Sotto la nostra finestra c'era anche una sala eventi con feste ogni sera.. con musica altissima impossibile dormire la sporcizia regna padrona e incornicia uno scenario da film horror
