Some disapointing changes
Reviewed By CesareMy last visit, after many, was greeted with the news that not only could I not have my room until 3pm (fair enough) I would have to pay an additional 15 euro (20 dollars) to stay by the pool because I arrived early (the woman at reception blamed Covid for the extra fee, which I found in especially bad taste). The 15 euro fee does not include any changing rooms or locker space, so I literally had to change in a broom closet and walk around with my things. Had I been informed at the time of booking I would have arrived at 3pm. Communication has been terrible lately, no one answers the main phone lines, my emails get answered after 3 to 4 days, and the food quality has gone down. The heater in my bathroom was broken (they said it was unrepairable) so my bathing things were still wet in the morning. I was so disappointed and uncomfortable I left the following morning right after breakfast. I wrote to the management before writing this to give them a fair chance but they never responded. I don't know if the management has changed, but service has gone down.

Reviewed By ashishmathsWe stayed here for a night. The property is good with spacious room and centralised air conditioning. But it needs maintenance. Wood decors in toilet have been worn out. Buffet breakfast spread was limited.

Reviewed By foxurs1We were on a two day DBB package. On the first evening, my husband and I chose the soup starter only to be told by the chef he had only one soup portion left at 7.30pm. We then told him that we weren’t really attracted by any of the three main dishes - chicken, cold pork or a mixed salad. Aware of the a la carte menu we had studied in our room, we enquired whether there was anything else he could cook for us. ‘Of course - I am a chef. I can cook anything’, he angrily replied. Then he added ‘I don’t like your face’ to me. Feeling this a trifle personal, we were dumbstruck. Our fellow diners thought it highly amusing especially when he said again: ‘I don’t like your face’, as if we hadn’t fully understood him the first theme. Then he retreated to the kitchen shouting a final ‘I don’t like your face’. Ironically, when he finally simmered down and came up with a couple of meals, they were very good. He never explained what the fuss had been all about, making the atmosphere tense until we left two days later.

NON È UN QUATTRO STELLE

Sul resto parliamone Siamo Arrivati il sabato pomeriggio alle 16.00 L’hotel ( non lo sapevamo) fa parte di un gruppo di 3 alberghi con spazi di parcheggio immensi e si presenta abbastanza bene . Alla reception 2 ragazzine ci hanno accolto e rititato I documenti saliamo in camera e questa struttura anni 80 si presenta davvero anni 80 guardate le foto del bagno e della testiera del letto (terribili) in camera non c’era un bollitore e non sarebbe un dramma se alla reception fosse rimasto qualcuno , perché dimenticavo di dirvi che dalle 19.00 qui non c’era più nessuno niente bar niente reception niente personale praticamente un hotel fantasma . C’è solo da sperare di non volere un secondo cuscino ad esempio che in camera non c’è, od altro . Piscine esterne belle . Campo da golf bello ma i lettini nella piscina interna terribili, pochi in base alle presenze brutti e sporchissimi . Vorrei sempre ricordare che stiamo parlando di un quattro stelle . NON TUTTO È NEGATIVO PERÒ , colazione assolutamente all’altezza e personale gentile
