Reviewed By BrentS363Spent six days at this hotel and totally enjoyed every moment. Set 20 m from sandy beach and maybe 200 m from the village Centre. Staff are very helpful and eager to please , the owner is a very nice man and super helpful . A great selection of restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets and a wonderful little bakery where you can buy a selection of sweets and ice cream within a short walking distance. Bus stop right outside hotel with a bus every hour in either direction. Nearby villages wonderful to explore with great little shops and beaches all accessible by bus. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and certainly will return.

Cyclades restaurant - Not the hotel
Reviewed By infoworksIt's mid-November and most hotels and tavernas are closing for winter. The Cyclades has prim position on the waterfront at Finikas. Despite having been in Syros many times over the past 3 years, this is the first time we have tried the ground-floor taverna. we sat outside on a quiet day, with 2 women, associated with the hotel, playing backgammon near us. One helped with the menu and what was and wasn't available, and in due course took our order. Mostly available were Greek "staples" of taverna food. We ordered Fava, local sausage, a kebab and a Greek salad. The Fava was very oily, the meat tasteless and the salad average. A nice slice of feta on top, the tomatoes and olives overtaken by the amount of raw onion (as was the Fava). Price wasn't cheap, service was ok, food not enjoyable. We won't return there, especially when there are a few excellent competitors at better prices and food quality, even in winter.

Reviewed By kikikikitsaNice big rooms but... old furniture(doors,windows,bathroom), poor equipment in the kitchen... Nice pool but...poor bar(only coffees i think) in general it was ok but too expensive for all these negative things. We went on August and i think if the price was 50 euros less i could have say "value for money"

Friendly and welcoming hotel
Reviewed By Z5846LRphillipsGeorge and Maria were fantastic hosts, very welcoming and friendly. We visited at a quiet time of the season so the hotel was not full and the island not that busy. Our room had a lovely view over the bay, was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great with Maria baking cakes fresh each day. Lots of choice from cooked to continental. Some people have mentioned the noisy road outside the hotel, hardly the fault of the hotel. It is right by the roadside which you crossed to go straight onto the beach, perfect! Yes, it was slightly busier at the weekend but hardly a deal breaker. Importantly, Finikas is on the bus route which is crucial if you are not going to hire transport. We had a great visit and would return to this hotel without hesitation. Thank you, George and Maria, for making us feel so welcome.

Sea View Studios are located in the coastal village of Finikas, on the south part of Syros. The hotel is only 1.5 km from the center of the resort and 13 km away from Ermoupolis and the port.The hotel offers fully furnished spacious sea-view studios with equipped kitchenette. Each studio at the Sea View is air conditioned and features a TV.A private beach is in front of Sea View Studios. The sandy beach of Kokkina is at 300 meters, while Finikas Beach is 1.5 km away.
Incredible views and excellent location
Reviewed By 204zoedWe had the most wonderful stay at Sea View Studios. Daisy and Manos were very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts and we had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was AMAZING and the private beach/sun lounger area was a great addition. The studios are very well located with just a short walk to the marina, restaurants, bars and beaches.
