Reviewed By Happiness378070We recently stayed here as part of a group tour. Nico and his staff were all so welcoming and the grounds were just amazing. I felt like I was living a dream. The food and the accommodations were excellent. We were able to have our dinners under the Tuscan sky and it included a live band. We were also treated to a cooking lesson by the hotel restaurant chef. I can only hope to go back there again someday.

Reviewed By EeefjepWe stayed here last summer, and allthough the property is very lush and magical we thought it was very pricey for the many flaws we encountered during our stay. If you are looking for a pool holiday note that you have to walk up a very steep hill. ( we are young & fit but in the heat its quite a climb every time..) and more importantly you have to pay for beds at the pool... this seems insane to me, if you are a paying customer at the hotel that you have to pay per bed, per day and on the one day we did decide to this there was no space because they were all reserved for people outside of the hotel. Not very hospitable... more like commercial... this was a big big down for us. We ended op laying in the grass, which was fine but not exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. The hotel isnt the best with allergies either. I am lactosse intollerant and the only option was fruit... after 4 days they finally where able to get some soy yoghurt, but every morning at the buffet this was diffucult. The staff seemed very unwilling to be there and where in the worst of moods. The frontdesk however was always very helpful and professional, they gave great recommandaties. The room was nice ( cool, great airco;)) and the bed very comfy. We wouldnt come back here though, it just didnt feel very relaxing for the price we had to pay.

Our 3 year old loved the pool areas - especially the splash pools in the upper area on the hill. Free and regular mini train service around the site - every 20mins from early until late in the evening. We also loved the restaurants and gelateria! Already planning next year’s trip!

Reviewed By egenanA traffic jam on the motorway forced us to stop overnight in the area. The hotel is 5 km from the motorway, easy to find with parking available. There is also a restaurant where we had a good dinner. The rooms are basic; however it is a good option for one night. Good price rates.

Reviewed By VpsteveGood stay ..made better by the restaurant in the villa also part of the estate which is located further up the hill We were looking for a country hotel within driving distance of a midday flight back to the Uk from Florence. Simple style but has all the necessities. Breakfast at the motel makes this a special place. Friendly team .. the bedrooms are simple but cover everything. Staff are very freindly but the hotel is only manned for check in and check out. Personally a check out time of 10am was a little early but small observation. Very peaceful.

La proprietaria di casa, con cui ho chiacchierato piacevolmente, con grande disponibilità e gentilezza mi è venuta a prendere e ad accompagnare dalla stazione perchè viaggiavo da sola e arrivavo e partivo in orari assurdi! La casa è in campagna quindi il silenzio ed una bella vista sul bosco rendono la notte perfetta! La disponibilità è stata totale sopratutto perchè mi hanno anche accompagnato nel luogo dove dovevo gareggiare durante il fine settimana e mi hanno anche preparato una cena fan ta sti ca!!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto! Anzi, spero di riuscire a ripassare un giorno, anche se l'occasione della gara, giusto per un tranquillo weekend in campagna.

cold water (in winter!!)
Reviewed By V806BYfabriziorOk, the place look luxury (if it is your target,and even if I said 'look') But: How would you think about a 'so called' spa, with 1 micro sauna(3 people and it's empty) One little termal pool, with terrible cold water(!!)? Oh, and the place around the pool is about 40sq.mt. with a dozen of compressed sunbeds. Plus: Little and unfurnitured dressing room(where can I put my dress?) A shower with NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO. If you only care about luxury stairs or over hills view it's ok,but (exspecially in this covid times) don't go for the spa treatment! No more.

Reviewed By anastasiak595We probably have stayed at Villa Belvedere 5-6 times, and we will come back again. We already visited at every time of the year, and we love it every time. The nicest is of course in summer, when you can enjoy the huge pool, the gardens and the barbecue. Perfect location, always impeccable clean rooms and wry pleasant hosts. Now they also offer a delicious breakfast with fresh pressed juices, self made pastries and good coffee! Thank you and see you soon!

Great value and near outlets parking and AC, fridge and good shower
Reviewed By jacinaAir conditioning, breakfast, parking and Leonora is a wonderful host. This is great value for Tuscany. It is next to the big D&G outlet and also near the Mall - cannot fault the value. We were travelling with our 9 month old baby and she provided a baby cot. Very clean rooms and everything was great. This is a steal and also very safe. great garden with swings and birds and a little fountain. She has dogs and cats that are lovely too.
